I became a care Giver from talking to a friend i realized that people get in the field just for the money and not to make a difference in peoples life, i want to be the one that bring happiness to the senior population. I like to see a smile on my patients faces. That i went back to college to pursuer a higher degree and in spite of that still love working with the senior population. I am a very patient honest and caring team player who like to see other people happy.

I have al ways been a care taker in my family and in life. I have also taken care of many family members trough out my life.I have knowledge of life saving and certification, and many other certifications. I currently work as a DSP for mental health.

I am a great caregiver because i am compassionate, have empathy, i also have a working knowledge of managing a Home care company, i am a firm believer that the elderly should be protected, respected and valued.

I have been a licensed CNA since 2009. It is the best thing I've ever done. I've worked Nursing Homes, hospitals, rehab, and LTCF. I worked in a hospital since 2010-2015. In the ER & ICU before relocating back to NY. Along the way I have learned so much. At the end of my shift I know I've done a good job. Being a caregiver is such an honor - it's all about putting away my needs to assist others. Knowing that a smile on my face can bring joy and happiness to someone else is priceless. The moments when i can reflect back and see how i have helped someone is what caregiving is all about.

I enjoy working with all types of personality, frail, bed bound. I interact with them through activities, caring and taking care of there special needs. I have lots of compassion for the elder and treat them with the most upmost respect. I have over 15 years experience in nursing homes. Adult day program, and private home setting, I am bilingual.
