I became a caregiver in 2009, and it was one the best things that has ever happened to me. Hi! My name is Eileen & I'm a retired R.N. with an active license. I worked in the O.R. for almost 20 years. I love helping & taking care of people in need. I took care of my mom & my mother-in-law when they were elderly & developed cancer & dementia. I became interested in being a caregiver when I was hospitalized as a child & I observed what the nurses & doctors were doing & saw how they cared.
