Hello my name is Willa , I have over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. I have worked with all ages and also taken care of patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, intellectual disabilities, cognitive disabilities, developmental, disabilities, diabetes, Parkinson's, hospice . I am a CNA and also have my pharmacy technician license. I am a very hard worker and I am very dependable.

My skill set and industry expertise are comprehensive and up to date. I make it my top priority to see that caregiving is done well and efficiently. My career has also seen its share of achievements; while working as a caregiver at Senior Helpers of San Jose, I was awarded caregiver of the quarter for July of 2012. I am motivated, task oriented, and efficient, and my knowledge of the caregiving industry is comprehensive and current. While working as a nanny at a private home I was responsible for ensuing the safety of the children helping them with their daily activities. I also became close with the child with autism and his behaviors decreased during my time there, which allowed him to use his words more instead of having behaviors. My enthusiasm and commitment to excellence have served me well. I have extensive experience with children and adults who have special needs and severe developmental disabilities, having had the chance to significantly develop my compassion while working as a nanny in a private home.
