I am enthusiastic and am trustworthy. I enjoy making connections with those who I am working with. I like a job doing work that helps people directly. I like the friends I make along the way, and feeling like my job helps people. A personal achievement I am proud of in caregiving is forming long term connections with the people I've cared for. One outside of caregiving is my long term efforts towards my own goals, such as violin and art.

I am a CNA and also an elementary school teacher. I teach children who age bilingual. I have a business degree in marketing. I currently take care of my mom who is 76.

Hello, I am a mature woman who fell into caregiving to help a friend and discovered I love it. I began with senior care for an elderly man who became a very good friend before he passed. I am patient, kind and reliable and a good conversationalist! I am also fairly well read and traveled. I enjoy being with older folks because I love to hear their stories and am happy to take care of them when they are at their most vulnerable. I have also begun to look after little ones, which I find equally engaging, and it reminds me of bringing up my own twin daughters whom I homeschooled. I think this is the work I do best. Hope to find some folks I can help with their loved ones.
