Hi my name is Genesis I became a caregiver because my husband has cerebral palsy. It really gave me the passion and the compassion for others who have disabilities or who need some type of support as well * whether physical emotional or mental. *I truly love caregiving because it shows my kind side My caring side my motherhood side even though I'm not a mother. *This is something that I would see myself doing for the rest of my life, even if I go deeper into college and find a career a little bit higher rate I was still do caregiving as well. ( Just being Honest ) * A personal achievement that I am proud, is graduating from missionary School where I received my certified missionary certificate!!! I am now certified to spread the gospel even though you don't have to be certified to share God's love and grace but that is something that I am proud of. [?]

I am a great caregiver because,there was a time when I was working at a faculty and a client had very bad anxiety when putting her on the stand up hoyer-lift,I started to distract her by talking about her new bright nice yellow shirt and through that I was able to put her on it without no fight, her daily nurse was so shocked, she had issues daily putting her on. I was attracted to care given because I enjoy helping the elderly and being a person to show them love and attention,some don't no longer have any companionship. I enjoy being able to bond with them, and providing everyday needs so that they are comfortable in there homes. I am proud to say I had clients that moved away and when they returned they would find me so that I could work for them again.

I'm currently employed as a caregiver and I'm always looking to work extra hours. I became a caregiver during 2020 because I was employed as a housekeeper at a 55+ year old apartment complex and often got reprimanded for helping the senior citizens too much. I am very empathic, understanding and hard working! When I'm not working as a caregiver I'm also self employed as a housekeeper. All of my personal clients are senior citizens and I really enjoy helping them maintain clean living environments. Many of my clients have physical, mental and financial limitations so I do my best to accommodate them!
