My name is Antonia Clark , I am 22 years old . I have a 6 year old child . I have be in home care for two years now . I got in the healthcare field because I love taking care of others , as well as helping trying to get my patients back strong as possible . I love meeting different people , all my clients over the years always become family . I am currently in school to be a police officer but will always stay in the health care field .

I am a great caregiver because,there was a time when I was working at a faculty and a client had very bad anxiety when putting her on the stand up hoyer-lift,I started to distract her by talking about her new bright nice yellow shirt and through that I was able to put her on it without no fight, her daily nurse was so shocked, she had issues daily putting her on. I was attracted to care given because I enjoy helping the elderly and being a person to show them love and attention,some don't no longer have any companionship. I enjoy being able to bond with them, and providing everyday needs so that they are comfortable in there homes. I am proud to say I had clients that moved away and when they returned they would find me so that I could work for them again.

I'm currently employed as a caregiver and I'm always looking to work extra hours. I became a caregiver during 2020 because I was employed as a housekeeper at a 55+ year old apartment complex and often got reprimanded for helping the senior citizens too much.
