I love helping my elders and seeing them smile. I used to go to the nursing home a family member was in and think I wanted to be one of those people that help people. The interaction from my clients. Going to college.

Working with people with the purpose of improving their everyday lives. I started as a teenager volunteering with special needs children. I have also raised a family along the way. I am a good organizer around the house. I enjoy both meal prep and grocery shopping .

I'm a patient, experienced caregiver with a love for my job. I enjoy spending time and caring for my client's needs. I received my training and certifications plus the experience in caregiving through Brookdale. I've been in this profession for more than 12 years and it's been a rewarding experience.

Hello! I'm Amanda. I lived in Corpus Christi for the most part of my life for 28 years. Ive been married for 8 years. I have three kids. My son is disabled, and mother got early on-set Alzheimers, and went blind at 55. So I guess you could say Ive been doing this for a while. It never occoured to me this is what I love doing and why not make it a career! I love helping others. Im very involved in my community making sure seinors have food and resources. I also advocate for neurodiversity and very involved in Autism community. Its safe to say Im just one of those people that love to help, and I look forward to assisting you and your family! Amanda

I enjoy being able to put a smile on peoples faces. My grandfather was the first person I cared for and believe me it was difficult but well worth it. I was able to learn more about him and spend much needed time. Being able to help someone who is limited to helping themselves is a blessing. Meeting new people and making new friends is usually one of my biggest achievements.

Im outgoing. Im a little loud sometimes but have been working on that. I love being able to tale care of people even if its a little. I've always been interested in the medical field. Being able to be there for someone and help them in anyway i can is what i love about being a caregiver. My personal achievement that im proud of is i was able to make myself independent and found myself able to live on my own and sustain my own living style.

My personality traits as a Certified Nurse Asst is to provide the most caring and compassion care to my patients and most of all listening to their needs of care. The one thing that attracted me to being a CNA was how my Aunt cared for my grandmother when I was a teenager, so from then on I have enjoyed working and caring for elderly or young patients. My most memorable achievement is always being there by there side to comfort them when passing.

My biggest achievement is that I helped my two children get their colleges degrees. I'm also very proud of myself that I was able to retire from my job after 35 years of service.
