I am a caring individual. I am a CNA (Certified Nurse Aide). I love to put smiles on the faces of those I care for and treat them as if they are part of my family. I treat them like I would like to be treated, with compassion. I love to take care of people and make them feel special and warm hearted.

I'm a nice friendly loving person who wants to help, ppl who aren't capable.

Helping someone who is in need truly a blessing. for yourself and then.being able to help others and not complain about it.I am a happy person , I try to see thing in a positive attitude, I have work for assisted living, private duty, nursing home, and home care companies

I became a caregiver because I took care of my dad and grandma before they passed away and I felt it was my calling to do so. I really can't see myself in any other field but medical field. What I like about being a caregiver is helping those who can't help themselves. My personal achievement is that I just finished a class in C.N.A training course and I'm looking forward to continue to upgrade in the medical field

I first became a caregiver when i lost my grandmother to cancer, helping her in her last days made me want to make a difference in someone else life. Im proud to be a caregiver because i know that I'm been a blessing to someone else other than myself. In the near future i will go to school to become an LVN.

Hello! My name is Lariel and I am happy to service you! I am kind, trustworthy, and responsible. Compassion, aide, and work-life balance is what attracted me to caregiving. I am currently in school to be a Medical Administrative Assistant as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. After I complete these programs I plan to go back for my CNA license.

Being a caregiver requires a combination of hard and soft skills to provide effective and compassionate care. The ability to understand and share the feelings of another is essential. A caregiver should be able to put themselves in the shoes of the person they're caring for. I was raised by grandparents but not just one set of parents all of my grandparents and even my great grandparents. Growing up I helped them with everything from cooking to cleaning, yard work, etc. I even helped my great grandparents when they started getting sick I made sure they took their medicine on time, I cooked their favorite meals and desserts, watched their favorite shows with them, I even learned how to play their favorite board games and card games. What I enjoy most about being a care giver is it reminds me of all the good times that I had with them and it brings joy to the people I'm caring for that I learn what they love to do cause I know that not everyone has family that tries and if I could make just one person happy I'll be happy. I would say a personal achievement that I'm proud of is knowing that my great grandparents spent their last years with happy memories of us doing all the thing that they love, and that's the greatest achievement anyone can have.

I wanted to get into the medical field and found caregiving. I really began to love it. I'm very caring and I love to get to hear about their pasts and about the lives they've lived. As well as taking good care of them because I know when one day I need the help , I hope I get care for the way I cared for all the others. I'm very great at communicating and I pick up on personalities quickly and I learn the people I get to work with and learn how to speak with them and methods of keeping their minds at ease; and learning how different everyone really is. I'm very proud of how quickly I picked up in this field of work and how much I love it. You end up knowing them so well you become their family. I am a single mom to three great boys. I work as a fitness instructor for 2yrs before I started working as a home care aid. I work for Garling home care. I been working for them going on 2yrs. I love my job and wanting/hoping to branch out to something greater.
