My favorite part about being a caregiver is seeing the joy that I can bring into their lives when they see me and knowing that someone genuinely cares for them.

I want people to know that when their family members are in my care that they are going to get the best care possible. I love helping people and I love being able to be that person they can count on, that's what attracted me to caregiving. Getting to know people and their experiences. I'm currently a nursing student at South Plains College helping people is my passion and I found a way to do that with nursing and caregiving. I think my skills and personal experience with caregiving for my own family helps me to take care of you or your family member.

I am very outgoing and welcoming off the bat, I have a extrovert personality with a heart for caring for others and helping them in life. What attracts me to be a caregiver is the fact that I will be helping people with their lives, help it be a little easier, and creating somewhat of a bond with them. What I would enjoy about being a caregiver is that I will be helping people out and making them smile and enjoy life. A personal achievement I'm proud of is this past semester in college, my chemistry class I was one of the 5 people out of a class of 20 who passed.

Hi my name is Melinda but everyone calls me Mindy. I'm a caregiver because after helping my mom take care of my dad who had Alzheimer's I knew this is what I wanted to do. I'm very patient and a good listener. I actually love hearing people's life stories. I also have a lot of experience... I've worked in a nursing home, a hospital, an assisted living facility and I've done home health.

My personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is patience, compassion, attentiveness, dependability, and trustworthiness. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. Most importantly I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I enjoy making a positive impact on someone's life and their families. Setting goals for myself and accomplishing them is a personal achievement for me because, growing is important to me in every aspect.

I like helping people, especially elderly people. I used to clean house for a couple and the husband asked me to help with his wife. He felt comfortable leaving while I was there to watch over her.

I'm very responsible I am great at keeping track of schedules. I got attracted to caregiving when I took care of my grandmother before she passed and I enjoyed every minute even the tough times. I like making someone's day easier even if it's small.

I love taking care off the elders I been doing this for about 16 years . I go above and beyond for my resident they are always so happy to see me I also have gave them showers and feed them house works and what ever else they like and I also pain there nails too I like make them feel so important and more

I am a very dependable, hard working, outspoken, honest person. I have a heart for the elderly and want to offer my services to families in need. Through my very own personal experiences I realize that there is a big need for honest heartfelt people in this industry!

I love helping people. I have helped a few of my family members when they weren't able to do it for themselves. I also moved back in with my grandmother to help her with everything. I love building a friendship with the people I work around and I believe I am a very loving and patient person. I am willing to go to the end of the earth for people in need and I am very passionate with what I do.

I am a vey loving, and caring person. I was a caregiver for my Uncle from 2014 until 2020 when he died. I love helping others in any capacity. I love that I can be there for someone when they need me most. I did obtain my commercial drivers license, so I am very happy about that.

I HAVE BEEN CARING FOR JUST ABOUT 10YRS AND MY COMPASSION GROWS MORE EVERYDAY! I AM A MINISTERS WIFE WITH 3 GROWN BOYS/ 2 MARRIED AND 1 JUST ABOUT TO GRADUATE THIS YEAR. I HAVE 7 GRANDBOYS AND GIRLS! I LOVE THE SMILES ON FACES/ SO WHEN I DONT HAPPEN TO SEE ONE ON AN ELDER/ I DO MY BEST TO PUT IT THERE! I TREAT THEM LIKE I TREAT AN 18 YEAR OLD/25YR OLD/ 35 YR OLD/ 45YR OLD/ 55YR/ 65 YR/ AND SO ON....EVERYONE IS THE SAME IN GODS EYES AND I GO BY THAT! I LOVE THE JOY IT BRINGS THE LONELY AND SAD WHEN I SAY ....LETS GO FOR A WALK AND THEN LUNCH AND WE CAN JUST RELAX AND TALK! I LOVE MY JOB AS A CAREGIVER! I KNOW GOD GAVE ME THE HEART OF A CAREGIVER!

Loving, caring and very compassionate

I have been an in home caregiver for 4 years. Working with the elderly in their homes to make their daily lives easier. I love to help keep their independence and dignity while doing as much as they need to feel accomplished daily. I would like to provide the care and assistance elderly loved ones deserve. Compassion, patience, and understanding are key.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I'm a very passionate and caring person. The reason why I decided to become a CNA is because I like caring for people. What makes me happy about helping other people Is how you can put a smile on their face and make that person happy as well. I'm a very responsible and reliable person as well.
