I spent 15+years as the Manager at Geriatric Services Agency in Phoenix, Arizona. My daily activities included screening potential clients, making house calls to clients to ensure the proper staffing is in place to fulfill the needs of the client. Interviewed potential caregivers, screened their resume, obtained background checks and ensured I was matching the right caregiver with the right client. In addition, constant follow-up with both client and caregiver to ensure compatibility. I am from a family of nurses (Mother, Sister, Sister-in-Law), I have always enjoyed working with people who require a caregivers assistance. Some of my proudest moments was the opportunity to fill in for caregivers when they were not able to make to the client.

I am a great communicator. I enjoy spending time with my patients. I have always wanted to be a nurse and that is what inspired me to be a caregiver. I am personally proud of working in healthcare since the age of 18. I am experienced in many different fields of care. Anything you can think of I more then likely know. I have 3 years of experience in caregiving.

I am 30 years old. I was raised by my grandmother who fell ill to cancer back in 2011. After she got sick I helped take care of her until she was called home. After caring for my grandmother I realized that it was something I enjoyed doing so I went to school for my CNA and worked as a CNA for a few years up until 2018 when I decided to focus more on nursing school.

I can help you with housework that does not require heavy lifting. I am not a certified nurse and cannot lift people. I have spent 13 years caring for my mother. She spent 10 years at home and the last three in a nursing home because she required around the clock nursing care by then. She passed recently at 91 years old. I am looking to do this for someone as a small addition to my income and to keep helping others.

Hello, I'm Andrea. I've been in the medical field for 17yrs. Im a Certified CNA and also an EKG Tech. Im certified in CPR. I love my job as CNA. I have experienced and learned a lot of things while working as an CNA. It's an enjoyment and challenge for me. My goals is to have an Homeless Shelter and assisted living by the time I turn 42. Taking care of others is a passion I have for the elderly and Disable. The best job you can have is knowing that you can help someone else when they don't have nobody.

I am very social. I know how to speak with people, help people feel good, make sure I leave a smile on anyones face. I love knowing that I'm a big impact on people. What attracted me to be a caregiver was it being a step further in my future career. I, Ronnie Crabtree am a great caregiver because I have always loved people. I come from a large family of Registered Nurses and have over 13 years of medical experience. I am a compassionate, dependable, and detailed person. I truly enjoy using my skills and experience to help another human being out in times of need. I have always wanted to open and own my own business which I was able to accomplish. Even though the business did not survive I am very proud of myself for trying and doing the best I could. I learned a lot about myself in that process.

I am a very kind outgoing person who enjoys helping others. I initially started caregiving in my early teens as a way to pay for college and support my son. Through my experiences over the years, I grew to love the overwhelming appreciation the elderly have for something as simple as companionship. I watched many people come in and out of facilities where the family couldn't spend as much time with their loved ones and I also watch the effects it had on each patient . I thrive an bringing happiness to others in there time of need and building lasting friendships with those I care for.

I am starting my senior year at Angelo State University, and I am hoping to attend graduate school at ASU or Texas Tech University after obtaining my Bachelor's degree. I am a licensed CNA, I took the certified nurse aide course my senior year of high school. I have been working in caregiving for roughly two years, and I absolutely love it. I love the patients I work with and I love being able to help them. My current job is in memory care, and I have a soft spot for resident's dealing with memory issues (Alzheimer's and dementia). I take my job seriously, as I am an advocate for these patients, some of them cannot speak for themselves so it is my duty to ensure they are getting the care they deserve/need.

Im very friendly and outgoing and I do my job very well. I became a cna because I love to help others. What I like most about being a cna is creating a very close relationship with my residents/patient.

I'm a caring, loving person and take my job serious. Elderly and disabled people is the reason I wanted to work in home health because I use to take care of my step son years ago that was legally blind and mentally disabled he was only 7 years old at that time. I felt that I had the love, caring and patience to do this kind of work. I enjoy talking to my clients and getting to know them and how special they are. At the end of the day I feel that I made a difference in their lives.
