My name is Susan Horn LPN. I hold a current nursing license and have worked in Nursing 42 yrs. I am 62yrs old and partly retired.. I have been employed as a private caregiver for the last 5 yrs and it's my perfect job for this time in my life. I am a skilled professional who loves the one on one of private caregiving. I can do med reminders, provide showers, cooking and light housekeeping. I have stayed yrs with one client or I can do respite or rehab care. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

I have worked in home heath care for 13 years. It is a job that I find very humbling and rewarding. I have experience working with a young boy who lived with arthrogryposis, to working with a senior who was living with dementia. I am eager to learn and I love meeting new people. I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog. Also, I have been self isolating in my house for the past two months.

Originally from Texas, moved to Nevada as a caregiver in 2012 . Relocated with housemate who passed away from terminal cancer Oct 18, to Lawton Oklahoma. My daughter attends Green Valley High, in Henderson NV. All loose ends are now tied up, ready to find my next place in this world. I can't expect it to be as perfect as these last seven years with Ken were, but I won't know until I try.

I have always loved and respected the elderly. I first got into caregiving when my granddad was sick from Alzheimer's. It felt good to be able to help out and learn from my clients. Since then I've learned a lot about health and wellness and prioritize nutrition, movement, and meditation. These are tools that I would like to share with my clients.

I am a person who is able to form connections with other people due to my kindness and sense of duty. I enjoy being able to offer help to others that may not be given by most. Everyone deserves to be treated as we want to be treated and to be given the respect all humans deserve. I was considered one of the best caregivers by those that I cared for due to my compassion, my focus, and my work which I am extremely proud of.

I am a very humble person and I give my 100% all to my goals and tasks. I am a natural nurturer and I enjoy devoting my heart to those in need. I truly enjoy the personal relationship being a caregiver because I learn so much about myself and my patient. Sharing time and company with other makes me feel very rewarded and grateful.

I became a caregiver because I love helping people! I enjoy creating a bond with my clients and making them feel like family. I treat them how I would treat my own family. I believe this is a very important job because people depend on you. I am a mother of two and I wouldn't want any one to hurt them. So, I think about how I would want someone to treat them or my parents.

Caring for the elderly is my passion. I lived with my grandparents when my mother passed at a young age and when my grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer i was there every day to take care of him. I enjoy making lives easier for those who cannot take care of themselves anymore. I am a people person and know how to bathe and do light house duties. I would be a great fit anywhere I am needed.

I have been a Caregiver now for over 2 years. I began serving as a caregiver to help the elderly stay as independent as they can and stay in their homes for as long as they can. This is still my goal. I truly believe keeping the elderly safe, happy, and knowing they are valued gives worth and longer life to them.

I am a caregiver at heart. I spent years caring for a couple and then the widow. I did everything possible and enjoy my work. I love making a difference in someone's life.

I have a very outgoing personality and often tend to be overly optimistic. I believe that sometimes the first step to healing and getting better is in your mind if you think better you do better if you feel better you do better so I often try to uplift client and get them back to feeling normal I'm doing as much as they can on their own for themselves. Usually when they feel less dependent and more independent you start to see a change in overall well-being. I tend to do for others before i do for myself. I have experience with working with any age group and anything that I dont know or have a experience in I'm eager to learn to better myself. I prefer to do private home health care work because I feel like doing the time like this going through what you're going through the last thing you need is a company that's going to overcharge you and under pay the worker. First of all, I like interacting with of all different cultures and that's one of the personality that's makes me a great caregiver. I want to pursue a career in healthcare professionals, that's I've been working as a caregiver for a while. The most thing I enjoy about being a caregiver is talking to people and been able to help them. I've been in the army reserve for two years now and that's one of the achievements I'm proud of .

Caring for the elderly is something that comes very natural to me. From a young age, I have been thoroughly fascinated and appreciative of the geriatric population. With past nanny and home health experience, I have fallen in love with assisting and building relationships with people. I plan to be a physical therapist and specialize in geriatric home health practice. To Whom It May Concern, My name is Karen Johnson and I am a graduate of Texas Tech University with Human Development and Family Studies. I have over ten years caregiving experience. I am a servant hearted caregiver and make sure at any and all opportunity that the patient's environment and home is safe and comfortable. Also, I will do deep cleaning surfaces, refrigerators, and stoves to make the environment clean and sanitary. I am very familiar with hand hygiene and infection control.
