Hello My name is Shenekwa Harris. I have been a nursing assist for 15 years I really enjoy working with different people. I have work with children, adults,and hospice patients. My passion is working with elderly and sick patients because I can show them that someone is here to help take care of them and offer a level of support.

I am a great caregiver because I am loving,compassionate, patient and a listener.

I became a caregiver to help those who cannot do ever day activities. I am passionate about helping ALL continuing enjoy life or make life comfortable. I am caring, loving, patient,kind, giving and focused on clients car. I go above and beyond to give the greatest care possible

My first job was in a nursing home when I was 18. Initially starting as a server, I quickly learned that my passion was helping others in any possible way. As the time wore on I worked more and more with the residents and I knew from that moment on my calling was to care for others. This eventually led me to work in an acute hospital setting, with aspirations of becoming a nurse, so that I could assist in the healing process of others.

I became a caregiver because I care about people and I also have parents that are aging. I treat other people the way I want to be treated and that has been my philosophy all my life- instilled by my parents. I love being able to assist others. Currently I take care of a lady that has MS and several other ailments and I take her shopping and out to eat as well as take care of her dog- I love animals. This type of work is very full filling for me because I am able to take care of someone. Im very compassionate and I love to help others- I worked in the corporate world and took care of executives in daily administration but it wasnt as full filling as being able to care for another person.

I am working towards my associates in Social Work. I am going to specialize in gerontology because that is where my heart is. I have a calling and that is to help and care for the elderly. I love them and care about them in so many ways. To make them happy and care for them is such a great passion. Like I stated, this is a calling and a passion I have. This is what I have chosen to do with my life. To dedicate the happiness of anyone I work with.

Hi I'm jasmine I have a very good personality I get along with everyone. What attracted me to being a caregiver is helping and I love to help ! What I enjoy most of being a caregiver is that I get to make some one happy by being with them to help them through the day.

My two boys are grown, one in the army and one in the airforce so, I rarely see them, I'm from a very large caring family and I love to take care of people, not just care for them... But make their lives easier and happier while maintaining their dignity and pride.

I believe that companionship is possibly the most important of all caregiver duties, caregiver will be with the elder all day and It's mutually beneficial if they enjoy each others company. I believe It's a very important part if a caregiver job! Caregiver roles take on countless shapes and forms. They assist older adults, the ill, and disabled, friends and family members. They help every day in small and big tasks.

What makes me a great caregiver I love what I am doing and it shows and my clients receive that same energy. I became a caregiver, to help those with every day needs we take for granted. I am like family, caring, patient, kind, positive and dependable.

I'm a Certified Nursing assistant with CPR/BLS and dosage certifications and experience in an assisted living setting. While senior home care is new to me, I do have over 15 years of experience in care taking and household management. While caring for little ones, I also had responsibilities of transportation, administering medicine, grocery shopping, tidying the home, bathing, changing, making appointments, meal prepping, organizing and helping with laundry. I am a go-getter, non-smoker, not overly chatty, very responsible, dependable, and most importantly, compassionate. My goal isn't to swoop in and cause power struggles. My goal is to create a relationship that revolves around trust. I do this by fostering an environment that allows them to be as independent as possible while keeping them safe, healthy and happy. I am an upbeat, kind and witty woman. I take pleasure and making someone's load a bit lighter. I was attracted to caregiving because it is my gift from God. I enjoy helping others and it brings me great joy. What I enjoy most about caregiving is the relationships it enables me to develop. The families that I provide services for become my family. My most recent achievement is becoming one with my God ordained husband.

I'm Hello, I have over twenty- eight years in Healthcare that includes working in a private residential group home for men and women. Provided direct care for seniors as needed, and helping others recover from surgical procedures that required short term assignments. In additional to my formal training and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and studying Nursing, I possess a caring and sensitive personality, as well as a genuine in helping others to become more independent.
