I am a Home Health Aid and work both privately and with a compnay called ComForCare. I have also worked for Visiting Angels in the past. I know ASL at an intermediate level. I speak English. I am female. I have provided home health care for my Ex-husband, Grandmother, Great Aunt and now my own Mother over the years. I am well versed in medications, appointment scheduling, and care of the individule. I cook and do light housework. I've worked with people with dementia, alzhimers, stroke, heart and other health problems. I am very proud that I recently graduated college with a General Studies degree with a concentration in Information Technology Essistenials. I love to give back to those who've given so much to us thoughout our lives. They were there for us and now I want to be there for them. I love to listen to their stories and their outlook on life. The lessons they've learned and the people they met along the way! I am kind and forthcomming. I am honest and do not play games. It is my job to provide the best care I can in the best way I can do it. Life is meant to be kind and loving and that is how I operate. I am outgoing and upbeat but not overly so. Just the right amount :).

I always take good care of my clients, and take care of them like my own. And very serious about my job. I enjoy having a job helping the elderly. I am proud of always doing a good job every place I work and the families give me good recommendation, that is the most important thing.

I treat all of my clients as I would my own family first and foremost. They're Independence and integrity is most important. I became a caregiver to give each client the best quality of life everyday. The best part about being a caregiver is the companionship in relationships I have formed. Knowing that they are able to stay home with their families having adequate care and quality of life give me wonderful job satisfaction. I take great pride in caring for each and every client and I'm very honored to be able to do so in a very uplifting and upbeat way for the last 12 years. My proudest achievement is seeing the smiles on my client's faces knowing that they are happy, healthy and being taken care of properly.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy enriching the lives of others, and providing a positive and upbeat environment for my clients. I bring out the best in others. My motto is if people are feeling good and happy they treat people better.I am proud of the fact that since I have been a caregiver I have had clients who were severely depressed but after working with them and building a bond I was able to encourage them to see life worth living. Another one of my clients couldn't even walk or get out of bed. After developing a friendship she gain trust with me and allowed me to give her a shower. Not only that before long she was out of her wheel chair making her own bed and allowing only me to assist her with a shower, that was a proud moment for me. I believe the reason I would make a great caregiver is because I grew up in a home where my mother was a humanitarian, so we had all kinds of people in and out of our home. Also I have years of childcare experience so its in my blood to care for the lives of others. One of my goals is to provide my clients with the best care-giving experience they have ever had.

I think what makes me a care giver is ,if good gives me a long life I am going to meed help ,and I will like for someone to treat me whit the same TLC rhat i try to give to each person that was unther my care. I became a CNA to make a difrence is someone's life rhere sre so msny things whe take for granted if whe are healthy. My biggest acomplisment ,I went back to the facility were I was a supervisor a couple of days ago , I never expected the welcoming the resident's gave me,i never realized what a difrence I made in each one of our clients and residents thst were not our clients.

First I like to help people especially when they are unable to do anything. I'm very careful very positive, I like to keep everything organized and clean, I'm very honest and I'm a happy person. I leave with my parents and a daughter. I love my job.

I'm a very careing and loving person for children & seniors I'm always wanting to help others in need , I'm hoping to further my career in child care in the near future. I enjoy caregiving because having a successful career in this aged care industry involves finding enjoyment in helping our most vulnerable, elderly community and feeling inspired by your decision to work in this industry. If compassion and enjoyment don't come easily when caring for the elderly, then being a PCA may not be the right choice for you. This doesn't mean that every part of the job should feel like pure joy there are some activities that are even unpleasant, but it's about appreciating the fact that you are making a bigger difference, knowing that you are doing something for others that is improving their quality of life.

After take care of my grandfather who have Alzheimer before he died I realized that I have passion empathy, to take care of elderly people. After that I see I am a great caregiver. I enjoy talking, cooking, try to do the safety Comfore for my patients, do housekeeping to prevent fall risque. The best thing that make me love to take care of elderly is : the help me learn English .I love that.

I love helping others and doing whatever it takes to see a smile on other peoples faces. So I actually have a lot of family in the medical field and for me, I actually started out in Vet Tech and quickly realize that was not a job Igor me, so the next best thing for me was medical. I enjoy learning new things when it comes to being a caregiver all patients are different. One personal achievement that I am proud of is being able to continue to make changes in my life and grow to be a better me for my family and kids.

My name is Breanna, and I've been doing caregiving for over 11 years off and on . I have a passion to help others and I always have , when I was young I always wanted to be a medical assistant which I graduated and become apart of assisted living facilities and providing in home care and I really took a connection to it and bonding with people and being able to help with with there needs and assisting them in daily life really made my passion stronger and kept me in the path of elder care. Helping others has always been my goal and this job was meant for me to make others smile or help them with support or care ; and I'm proud to say I've been successful and still going strong in the area.

As well as being certified as a PCA, HHA, APCA and Certified Nurses Assistant for over 20 years. I am certified in the states of New York, Florida and North Carolina. My dedication of working in the health care field is driven by having multiple family members who have suffered with illness/sickness, watching the sadness it causes and frustration of not being as independent.
