i have been a care giver for 5 years now..and love what i do

I am very friendly and compassionate. All my adult life I have been involved in healthcare. I helped my mom to take care of my grandma from 14 years old. I took care of my mom when she became disabled with Arthritis. I have been helping friends and Nieghbours with disabilities. I love people, my communicative skills are excellent with people of all ages. I love to bring a smile to someone in pain or someone suffering from some other disease. My greatest achievement is when a client ask for me to work with them over and over again. When my services are repeatedly requested by the same client over and over again I know I have done a great job.

I'm very compassionate about what I do. I never like to leave things unfinished. I enjoy over exceeding expectations set before me. I believe you are to treat others the way you'd want your family members to be treated. I love speaking to people from walks of life. I started off working with adults with development disabilities in 2005 and completely fell in love with helping those in need. I've since worked with elderly people, and enjoy hearing their stories of how things used to be, and how it was raising children. I've been deemed a "specialist" in ambulation, incontinence care, breaking down barries with difficult to communicate cclients, and cooking. I have a great personality, I love to see everyone smiling and enjoying life. What attracted me to be a caregiver is giving back and helping those who needs us the most. I enjoy seeing my clients smile, especially when they can start doing things on their own. My personal achievement that I'm really proud of is raising 5 children on my own.
