Im a fun, bubbly person who loves caring for people. I'm prompt, caring,loving and a team player. What attracted me to wanting to be a home care giver is. that I love to help & care for people. They have done so much and been through so much that I make it my personal goal to make a positive impact on their daily lives. This is someone's mother or father, so I want to give back and take care of the elderly just as they have once done for us. I view them as my own family members and want to offer the best services possible. I always bring a positive attitude towards any and every situation. I still hold great bonds with the families of my past care receivers and can present several reference letters written by former employers. I am a former nursing student, with 7 years of experience specializing in personal assistance, hospice and dementia care, as well as personal needs for independent living. I am trained as a medicine technician and can cater to each individuals personal needs.

Because everyone deserves dignity in life they deserve love compassion cleanliness nutrition and companionship I love caring for the elderly and the disabled I am proud of many achievements everyday a person having a smile when she can not speak knowing another resident always comes out for breakfast knowing something was wrong calling 911 and he is still here and getting stronger everyday I have a disabled daughter and I ran a daycare for disabled children and took care of my terminally ill miss mom and decided to go into health care and became a Cna over 10 years ago and love making a difference in people lives.

I became a care giver in 2007, i just applied for the position without any experience, from there i learned how to properly take care of seniors that are not capable of doing things for themselves anymore through trainings that the company provided. I worked my way up to be a lead care manager and did it for 8 years. What i like about being a care giver is i learn so many things and develop my skills in many aspects. My personal achievement that i am proud of was when i got promoted to be a leader in a span of 6 months of employment. My name is Jovilee Rivera, 42 years old with 2 children. I am currently unemployed because i went to school for culinary arts. i have finished three modules of the program and i still have 1 more module to finish in order to graduate, but unfortunately funds were not enough and available for me in order to complete my course. i have plans of finishing it in the near future. i have worked in assisted living facility for a total of 8 years. i can say that i miss working in such environment. i like to help elderly and assist them in any way i can.

My Mom and Grandma has always been my best friends. I learned by helping them in their times of need. And also help my Father before and after Death. I worked for Emeritus Assistant Living where I learned alot about Seniors.I Iove helping the Elderly as well as Children. Because they seem to need it most.Im proud of the fact. I am 24 years old I have been a caregiver for 6 years. I am very compassionate at what I do, I love caring for the elderly. I had my CNA but it recently expired due to being a stay at home mom. I am looking for a job where I can connect with someone and help them with their activities of daily living.

I would like to consider myself a very responsible and careful care giver. I take proud in knowing that my patients are comfortable and feel safe around me. Having new patients and duties really excites me. I love being challenged and trying new things!
