I am a health care aid with 12 year experience as a caregiver. I have worked with dementia patients as well as patients with other mental and physical disabilities. I am punctual, very compassionate about what I do for people who have lost some independence from a life event. Compassion for the family involved to help lessen the burden. I like to tell stories that help the family get to know who I am and I love to hear stories from them as well. I have made Caregiving my Career and take it seriously to become highly regarded and recommended. I enjoy helping the patient and their families keep their lifestyles they have without interruption. I like seeing results so with that being said, I had achieved my series 6 & 63 license (which was a challenge for me) and was proud to present products that would get higher interest with low risk. I also did debt settlements and was happy to negotiate the lowest rate for my clients to settle. I work hard and with compassion whether your my customer, patient, friend or family member because I believe everyone needs help sometimes and I look past any obstacles getting it done.

Outside of raising six children, I've been a care giver for 26 years. I worked in children's ministry at a church four times a week for 18 years. I took care of my dad when he was dying from cancer. I served my Neighbor meals twice a day for several years. When he came down with cancer, his daughter hired me to take care of him while he was dying at the age of 96. In September 2019 I became companion caregiver to a 90 year-old man that has dementia. I really enjoy this type of work because I get to be part of giving a person a great quality life for him to enjoy! My number one priority is to keep him safe and healthy! I take him to museums, back Bay for a picnic/walks, park picnic/walk, and or a walk around the neighborhood. I stimulate his mind with crossword puzzles, we play together because sometimes he can get lost in the puzzle. Or sometimes we play cards. I encourage and assist him in do his daily exercises because he lose track of what he's doing. My number one goal is to give a good quality life to senior citizens because they deserve it!

I had full vaccinated for COVID-19. I am super patient and caring . I think I have the gift of taking care of others.
