I've been in the caregiving field for 17 years. I started out volunteering in a nursing home and then went from that to live in Care. I have worked extensively in in-home care and at small group homes and big facilities as well. I've worked with a wide variety of clients and conditions. I have a passion for helping people and want to be there for those that don't have anybody else. I'm able to genuinely care but separate myself at the same time, which has made me very good at my job. I care about the quality of care that our patients receive and always do my best to improve their lives to the best of my ability when I work with people.

I have been in the medical care field for over 11 years. I enjoy caring for seniors in their homes. I recently cared for an elderly lady in her 90's. Since she needed 24/7 care, her daughter hired me to be her full-time caregiver. I became her MPOA ( Medical Power of Attorney) It was my duty to recruit and hire other caregivers for full time care, to assist me with the hours she required. I enjoyed every minute of being there for her. I feel that every senior should be treated with respect and honor, they rely on us as caregivers to be on time and on task. I am honest and trustworthy. I can't think of anything that I love to do more than spending time with, and caring for, someone's loved one...when they aren't able to be there.

My name is Tiffany.I am a very outgoing,fun,energetic,loving person who takes pride in my work and in my own personal life as well.I am all about family and helping people.I go above and beyond to help people and see them through.What i love most about being a caregiver is the interaction with the elderly and just simply showing them that companionship.I myself have a 90 yr old grandmother who raised me since birth and we are extremely close.I have helped care for her over the years and simply love having her around.The way i see it is,if she was in a care home,i would want nothing more than for her to be treated right and get to get proper care that she deserves.Its really quite simple.I dont have many years experience working in a nursing home or assisted facility,but with the little experience i do have working for hilltop quail haven and caring for my grandmother as well,i am in confident in what i can do and know i do a very good job at it.
