I have over five years experience in working as a CNA. It comes naturally when you genuinly love what you do. Providing a safe and comfortable environment. Being a good listener and patience is key. I currently work at a nursing facility and I have a fan base there!! I can tell if I'm away for to long cause they are always asking other caregivers where is Lisa? When is SHE scheduled to return? When I do report to work, I'm always given hugs and words of appreciation. It's a good feeling. Going out of my way for a person is no big deal. It's needed sometimes cause your clients are your family too.

I naturally have an urge to help others and I want to make the world a better place and they do it with one home care patient at a time. Seeing you and stranger become so close is a beautiful thing to me. I have my CNA but I currently can not find my certification number but I have papers to prove that I am certified if needed.

I lived with my grandparents for a few years during Highschool as my grandmother was battling cancer, just to add the extra help around the house and to help her when needed with care for herself and my grandfather. I'm good company. I've also cared for children since I was a teenager from infancy to school aged.
