Before starting my business 2 years ago, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 2 years in a local skilled nursing facility. I still hold my certification and absolutely love working with seniors. I cared for and specialized in residents with dementia and mostly worked in the dementia unit of the facility I was in. I treat all my residents with the same love and care that I would my own family. My is tina Gambina I'm 56yrs old I've been doing caregiving since I was 12 helping grandma around the house and it was babysitting . then when my parent became ill I took care of them my dad he broke his hip he also had Alzheimer's, my mom had heart problems, but I always took care of people I even help with my uncle that is 97yrs old is cook, help him get ready for the day and just conversate with him.

What makes me a great caregiver is the way I care for others. I like to take care of others as I would want to be cared for, I give lots of love, I am very kind, caring, thoughful, and always thrive to make sure the saftey of whom I caring for is well attended and cared for in the most safest way possible. I became a caregiver long before I became an adult. I would always reach out to help others and as I grew older it all came so naturally. I like being a caregiver honestly to help others in need, to have the best possible care that a person or child can receive, I know why I am here and its to help others. A personal achievment I am proud of is, tho I have my own family at home I am still able to care for them 100% while teaching my family its okay to lend a helping hand when in need.

What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that i like to help people and generally have a love for all humanity, very honest person and doing this work cause my soul actually enjoys to help people not doing it for another reason, i think its very important when choosing a caregiver for your loved one. I also have alot of experience caring for my own grandma at the age of 10 who sufferd from ms, and arthritic conditions, as well as my great grandpa at the age of 13. i am going for my cna license , have two children of my own . My favorite thing about being a Caregiver is the fact that im actually helping someone and leaving at the end of the day with a sense of satisfaction and of doing good for someone who cant.

Couple of little trait's I have is being very patient and understanding as I have heard many stores and have applied that to life, I love being a caregiver because you never know who you will meet and always have a new experience medically or just talking to one about life or true history. I like to see inmprovementor impact I have given my patients and know even if it was a little change in my heart and mind I was Big!
