Before starting my business 2 years ago, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 2 years in a local skilled nursing facility. I still hold my certification and absolutely love working with seniors. I cared for and specialized in residents with dementia and mostly worked in the dementia unit of the facility I was in. My is tina Gambina I'm 56yrs old I've been doing caregiving since I was 12 helping grandma around the house and it was babysitting . then when my parent became ill I took care of them my dad he broke his hip he also had Alzheimer's, my mom had heart problems, but I always took care of people I even help with my uncle that is 97yrs old is cook, help him get ready for the day and just conversate with him.

I think all elderly should be treated with patience and compassion just as if they where one of my very own family members. I will do the best I can to meet every need each person has as an individual. My goal at the end of my day is to know that each patient is comfortable and happy with the care that I have provided. Taking care of my elderly mother for just over 7 yrs showed me that if her care were handed of to another, I would need to know she was truly taken care of, and that is what I hope I can do for another family.
