Hello. My name is Patty. I have been a caregiver for over 10 yrs . I started when my best friend was diagnosed with ALS. After she passed away, I went back to school to become a CNA and Hhc so I could specialize in caring for patients with ALS and the elderly patients. Since then, I have cared for 4 additional people who have all been diagnosed with ALS. Between in home care, doctors visits and hospital stays I have been with these amazing people every step of the way through this debilitating disease. I am a caring and loving person. Before starting my business 2 years ago, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 2 years in a local skilled nursing facility. I still hold my certification and absolutely love working with seniors. I cared for and specialized in residents with dementia and mostly worked in the dementia unit of the facility I was in. I treat all my residents with the same love and care that I would my own family. My is tina Gambina I'm 56yrs old I've been doing caregiving since I was 12 helping grandma around the house and it was babysitting . then when my parent became ill I took care of them my dad he broke his hip he also had Alzheimer's, my mom had heart problems, but I always took care of people I even help with my uncle that is 97yrs old is cook, help him get ready for the day and just conversate with him.
