I started doing caregiving in 2006 working for IHSS. I stayed with them until 2011. I loved the one on one with the client's. I have worked in facilities but didn't like that people weren't always getting the best care from all of the caregivers. I been doing private homes for a lot of years since. I love what I do and I am very grateful to do it. I have a lot of patience and compassion for my clients and there families. I try to give them the best care that they deserve. I do currently work for Cross Country Workforce doing Caregiving. I enjoy my job and I love working with folks. I love being able to help someone that's in need of care. It makes my heart smile.

I began my caregiven duties, with my mother back in 2014, she got sick and I began caregiving for her until she died in 2018, I began caregiving for my grandmother who passed away in 2019 it was a very rough ride for me, I learned a lot especially from my grandmother who was an RN before her passing. I knew then I had a heart for the work and I continue to do caregiving. My specialties are working with the Elders. I do have experience working with the hospice patience.

Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who take great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with family members.

I started caregiver interview when I was 18 years old and loved it.

I am a warm, caring and compassionate person and have always enjoyed helping people, it comes as Second Nature to me, and I was both my Parent's "Right Hand Girl" as they used to call me. My mom worked for the Visiting Nurses Association when I was a young girl and back then she was allowed to take me with her to some of her clients, so that's one reason why I developed an interest in this type of work.

I've dedicated my life to providing care to people that need assistance with basic daily living , companionship ,and caregiver help, I believe my hands are caring , gentle, strong, and compassionate, my passion is Hospice and end of life care I've provided care for over 34 years. I'm reliable and dependable and very patient I have an Autistic son and am very friendly and open to learning new skills daily I treat people as if they're my loved one. I've been working with elderly community since the early part of my nursing career back in 1992. I have worked in multiple nursing homes with years of LVN experiences. Patience and compassion are the traits that I can say I developed working as a nurse for older people. Respect for elderly is instilled by my parents in me since I was young.

I like helping elderly. Its a fun job, challenging but rewarding. I have working in this field for many years and I am proud that so many lives had been changed, and lifted up through me. A life of 90 years old man who could not take care himself and the family were so busy, and he was able to survive for seven years. I have been caregiver and CNA for more than ten years. I have worked in nursing homes, hospital and private duty in California, then I moved to Colorado for better future, Unfortunately my family won't move there because of cold weather. So at this time I'm back to California to be together with my family and looking for a job here.

I'm passionate about giving the best care to my clients. I've worked in this field for over 3 years and love what I do. I always wanted to make a difference in the world and helping those in their most time of need is so rewarding to me. This is more than a career for me. I learn so much from my clients.
