I am a very compassionate person I try to have humor to make any situation a little bit better when necessary, I love being present so that I know from beginning to end what is going on and what needs to take place, I consider myself to be very detailed oriented and is willing to set boundaries for the safety of my clients and others around. I love being a caregiver because I enjoy spending time with my elders and making them feel comfortable and safe at all times. I enjoy most about providing care to the seniors is that I have the advantage of making that person feel loved safe and while again, I am proud to actually say I have made a difference in homes with their elder families and created a trust line Between the clients and myself were that person feels they can be themselves yet Still feel cared for to the best of my ability.

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile! I will start off by saying I've always had a heart [?]for the Elderly. My desire had started when I worked at Davita Dialysis clinic. For 2 years. I can honestly say you need to have compassion and empathy for these patients who enduring such critical treatment for their life. Its not something they looked forward too. Who wants to get stuck with 2 big needles , and sit in a chair for 2-4 hours 3 days a week. ?Nobody! I believe for most of our patients , what they did look forward to was seeing their PCT's who cared for them. I tried my best to bring a smile to their face, everyday make them laugh, give them hope, encourage them, let them know that I cared for each of my patients. If they allowed me , I prayed for them too. Last year I explored the in home caregiving field , a close friend of mine needed someone so desperately care for her grandmawmaw. To know that your not only helping that patient , you are also help that family. She was told she wouldn't be able to walk after for 4 months after her accident. I had her walking in 3 weeks! Being consistent and with her persistence doing our physical therapy exersizes everyday .My job duties were to cook her 3 meals a day, shop for her, light cleaning, campanionship, we read the bible, read our daily devotionals, she loved to sing worship songs and get her make up and lashes done by me. My other passions and jobs are Professionsl makeup Artistry and singer. We enjoyed eachother so much. I worked with her for 6 months. I was sad they had to let me go. They did not need my care any longer. But I gained so much experience. Before you make your decision in choosing your caregiver for your loved one I will end with this... This job isn't a hard job, its a heart [?] Job.. Happy choosing

What makes me a great caregiver ? I have a passion to care for Elderly, babies, traveling with handicapped, sickly, and hospices when they are in great need. Working with the family is my joy to put a smile on their face. I become a caregiver because I love what I do for other people, being kind , caring , responsible and willing to go the extra mile. I enjoy showing up for other people my clients depends on me so I take it serious and always in good hands. My personal achievements I'm proud of ? when clients stay in contact with me and give me good written reference for other opportunities. They are the sweetest persons. I have a lot of patience. I'm very easy going, pay close attention to details about my clients lives, and do my best to give them the absolute best quality of life I can. I do get attached to my clients, and care for them very deeply, and I believe that's what makes me an excellent caregiver.

I have 10 years of experience as a Caregiver. I can do some light house keeping, cook, assistance with medication, running errands, bath, drive & do laundry as well. Had an experienced with stroke, dementia & hospice patients. I am trustworthy, responsible, loyal, reliable and loving person and I don't smoke. I'm 44 years old, that has 2 daughters ages 26 & 14 I have a 4 yr old Grandson. I've been a Caregiver at age 12 til present. I still take care of my disabled veteran dad & he's 70yrs old that has had multiple operations from Kidney, gastrointestinal & brain. I took care of my Grandmother til Aug of 2019 she passed from dementia. As of present, I work 4 days a week 8 hrs a day. At different hours, he's a close family friend he's 79 just had hip surgery...So I LOVE taking care & helping others especially Seniors that can't do for themselves.....I'm a honest, reliable, respectful, a Very Clean woman. I became a caregiver when my father became ill . I took on the responsibility to care for him and make him comfortable in his final days . I want to continue on being a caregiver because of my undying love for my own mother who died of stroke couple of years after my father passed . My compassionate nature and high level of commitment to my work combined with my hands on experience in personal care makes me a perfect candidate for a great caregiver .
