My personality traits that I'm naturally a caring person and have compassion for others. I love to help others. I have the ability to bring my best qualities into my work environment and use them alongside the skills I have gained training in nurse assistant and medical assistant education. What attract me in been a caregiver is my mother who is a retired nurse for over 20 yrs and my grandmother who always helping people in need at her age of 91 she still does her part in the community. In 2010 my grandfather pass away of myeloma I was his caregiver. All this and more attracted me to become a caregiver. I enjoy most about been a caregiver is an opportunity to show love, respect, and dignity to those in need. It is a deeply fulfilling experience that allows me to learn more about myself and grow as an individual. Caring for someone is a powerful and intimate relationship that can bring about a strong connection and bond. When caring for someone, it is important to show love, trust, and understanding. One of my personal achievement that I proud of is becoming an advocate of others who is need.

I remember as an young girl I loved helping my Mom take care of my grandmother. I believe this was the moment that I felt this was my purposes in life; My focus has always been to care, love, and make people's smile. When a person know that their genuinely cared for it blesses them, and lifts their spirits, it's an motivator.. I've been loving and making people's smile for 15+ years. I also enjoy building cherished memories. Growing up I took care of my great, great grandmother who had dementia and I was there for her until God called her home.
