Hello, my name is Natasha Gallaway and i have 13 years of experience in total care for clients. I have experience in bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, repositioning, transfers, ADL's, toileting, check and change. I love being able to be of help to others and knowing that i made a difference in someone's life at the end of the day.

What attract me in been a caregiver is my mother who is a retired nurse for over 20 yrs and my grandmother who always helping people in need at her age of 91 she still does her part in the community. In 2010 my grandfather pass away of myeloma I was his caregiver. All this and more attracted me to become a caregiver. I enjoy most about been a caregiver is an opportunity to show love, respect, and dignity to those in need. It is a deeply fulfilling experience that allows me to learn more about myself and grow as an individual. Caring for someone is a powerful and intimate relationship that can bring about a strong connection and bond. When caring for someone, it is important to show love, trust, and understanding. One of my personal achievement that I proud of is becoming an advocate of others who is need.

I've been a certified caregiver since 2013. I decided to pursue a career in this field due to the fact that I cared for my grandfather. I'm passionate about what I do. I not only care for a person I become a companion. I try to make them as comfortable as possible with whatever it is they're battling. I thoroughly enjoy making them feel and look good. Hello! What I love most about being a caregiver/CNA is being able to be a shoulder for those who do not have anyone. I love helping those who need it most or being there for those who aren't able to care for themselves and are seeking long-term care. I've been taking care of those I care about since I was 11 so being a caretaker comes naturally. I have more than 6 years of experience and I understand the importance of following the care plan. My first client was my Mom and although she left me early she was my motivation for wanting to be a Nurse/Caregiver.
