My name's Mariah. Being a caregiver is something I've done seems all my life. I grew up on a hobby farm and had many animals. I was there caregiver. They thought me responsibility, respect, patience, kindness, and much more. I chose this career path because of my father. He was very I'll in my teen years. I learned about heart disease and skin cancer. He's now in heaven cheering me on. I also took care of my aunt who had kidney disease and spina bifida. My family has taught me a lot about living life to the fullest. That's why I enjoy being a caregiver because everyone should live life to the fullest each and every day. My goals are to make everyone smile and forget there problems, even when you don't feel well a laugh is always a step forward. When I leave my shift at the end of the day, I want my clients to know there cared for, respected, and most of all safe. My clients are MY BOSS. I'm willing to go above and beyond. Hello, I am Becca. I am married and 4 beautiful kids. I am a hard worker and very compassionate about my job. I am a great caregiver because I love taking care of people. It probably all started when I was about 13 years old and I took care of my great great aunt. I used to help my grandma ( which was a nurse) take care of my aunt. My grandma thought that I needed to take care of people when I was older since she told me that I was so good at it. So that's exactly what I have been doing. The most thing I like about being a caregiver is that the people I take of. I love hearing their stories and hearing about their life; it's so fascinating. My personal achievement is that I get along with the tougher clients ; when everyone else seems to think they are mean or hard to do; it seems like I can do it I love the challenge you could say.

I spent 8 years in that department before continuing my Education for a Nursing Assistant. The last 8 years I have been on the CNA registry in both Wisconsin and Illinois. Working as As home care attendant or nursing staff for one of the hospitals outreach clinics. I am also CPR/AED certified

Satisfaction of helping someone stay in their home Being able to keep my wife at home until 2 days before she passed away in April of 2023.
