My name's Mariah. Being a caregiver is something I've done seems all my life. I grew up on a hobby farm and had many animals. I was there caregiver. They thought me responsibility, respect, patience, kindness, and much more. I chose this career path because of my father. He was very I'll in my teen years. I learned about heart disease and skin cancer. He's now in heaven cheering me on. I also took care of my aunt who had kidney disease and spina bifida. My family has taught me a lot about living life to the fullest. That's why I enjoy being a caregiver because everyone should live life to the fullest each and every day. My goals are to make everyone smile and forget there problems, even when you don't feel well a laugh is always a step forward. When I leave my shift at the end of the day, I want my clients to know there cared for, respected, and most of all safe. My clients are MY BOSS. I'm willing to go above and beyond. When family's get tired I'm here, I'm there back bone. I'm always willing to help give advice or be a listening ear. Please remember it's harder for the person then you! Always keep a smile!

I believe that taking care of them is like taking care of my own mother. Aside from having the chance to serve / help seniors, what I like about being a home care aide is its flexible work schedule. Hello, I am Becca. I am married and 4 beautiful kids. I am a hard worker and very compassionate about my job. I am a great caregiver because I love taking care of people. It probably all started when I was about 13 years old and I took care of my great great aunt. I used to help my grandma ( which was a nurse) take care of my aunt. My grandma thought that I needed to take care of people when I was older since she told me that I was so good at it. So that's exactly what I have been doing. The most thing I like about being a caregiver is that the people I take of. I love hearing their stories and hearing about their life; it's so fascinating. My personal achievement is that I get along with the tougher clients ; when everyone else seems to think they are mean or hard to do; it seems like I can do it I love the challenge you could say.

I am an experienced caregiver. I have been working in the caregiving field for approximately 5 years. I am also completing my bachelor's degree in Social Work. I will graduate in May. I do have references.

Through personal experience with both my grandmothers, we found it difficult to find good quality and reliable care. Starting in High school I took a medical terminology course , and from there my interest in the medical field grew. I took the CNA course through Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville and LOVED IT! I opted to take the additional Advance Nursing Assistant course. I have worked in many different environment such as nursing homes, hospital and Home Health. After 3 years I decided to open my own business become licensed and insured to provide Care for others in their Home and it's been the Best discission of my life!!

I have a been a personal caregiver for over 18years I started out working as a Cna in nursing home and I thoroughly enjoy and love the helping others out. It is very fulfilling to me knowing I can help out in any way I can by just simply being there when they need someone.
