Since that time I've stayed with individuals and couples in different settings with different medical conditions. I am empathetic , happy Christian woman; enjoy helping others-giving. My name is Jane I'm 54 years old. Recently retired from UPS in Naples Fl. I've been married for over 26 years had 2 children. I took care of my first born when he was diagnosed with Cancer until he passed away when he was 5. My daughter is 18 and attended Appalachian State. My husband works at Avery tire , retired as well after 30 years at his own shop. We are full time here in Avery County for about 5 years now. I've found my home here. As we have been coming here since 1997. Our son was diagnosed at Sloop Memorial in Crossnore which is now a Children's home. I love to garden and some wood working. I am a huge animal lover.

I love being a Caregiver and assisting the elderly. I have experience with Alzheimer's Disease patients, assisting with mobility and personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, companionship, errands, and transportation to and from appointments. I really enjoy being with the elderly and hearing their stories. I know that I make a positive impact on their quality of life.
