I am a loving and Compassionate person. I started taking of my grand mother at the age 15yrs old and she is 92, so that is what motivated me to be a caregiver and pursue the career. I enjoy it because it is a work that require human conscience and it remind me that' one day I will be old. It is call to serve God through humanity it is not just a profession. You need patience and tolerance to accommodate the elderly. The quality of care I will give determination how long their lifespan will live especially for the hospice patients ,and for the dementia and Alzheimer's patient, it require a lot of strategy and knowledge of the stage and how to handle them. For bed bound or disable they need total care service.

My best personality trait is caring for everyone around me it humbles me and it makes me good at my job. What attracted me to be a CNA/Caregiver is the family history I have with taking car of my grandparents. Also, I've always adored older folk.
