I am very fluent in English and French, I'm a good listener, caring, patient and reliable. My goal as a caregiver to make the patient smile and to meet up with their expectations .

I have a personality that can, and will adapt to so far, anyone that I've worked with. I absolutely love and take pride in my career. There's such a huge need for caregivers and DSP's and the way I look at it, the generation that we're caring for are the ones that took care of us. So, yes, I treat them with respect and give them the care they need.

Traits that make me a great caregiver would be that I have a huge heart an will help anyone I possibly can. The thing that made me want to be a caregiver is I have always wanted to help others. I look at clients I care for like family an I wouldn't want my family not well taken care of . I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is that I can be the help they need I can help them do daily living activities an I can brighten their day . Am a very happy person, so I always make sure my clients are happy. I joke around with them, and do funny dance. It's my way of showing them love and care, No matter how their situation is. I became a caregiver to make a difference in people's life. Cause I believe it's a blessing to care for people who need help in anyways that you can, either with money or with love. since I don't have the money to do so, I chose to make a difference in peoples lives with the only thing I have a lot to give, which is LOVE. I enjoy seeing my clients being clean, happy and loved. My achievements was working with a lady who fell into depression following the death of her only remaining son, who had some type of rare cancer, but didn't think he was going to die,while she was also in the hospital recovering from hip replacement.I walked into her and her grandchildren's life Three weeks after the son's death. I was assigned to work with her to recuperate from her surgery, but I ended up being like a therapist to the family. And thanks be to God, her depression, was very well controlled with medication, and We became very good friends. So to me I think, that's was my greatest achievement And am always grateful and proud of that .

I love being a caregiver because I enjoy helping others I dont look at this as Just my job when I go home I feel like I actually did something productive for the day. I have been a caregiver off and on for 13 yrs and I love it!

I am a great care giver because I am very passionate, positive about anything that I apply myself to and caring about the wellbeing of others.. I am a mother of 4 and grand mother of 1. I have raised my children and I have a heart for caring for others and I love caring for the elderly as if they were my own family..I have taking care of the elderly and ill strickened family members as well as some patients. I am hairstylist by trade but I am always drawn back to this industry of caregiving because I believe it's something that I am supposed be doing as way of giving back to life..
