If I have any kind of developmental disability or I have become aged, weak or sick and need support, what sort of person would I like to take care of me? That is the kind of person I am. I have a lot of compassion and Love to offer. I'm patient and kind; I would do anything to make sure that the person I'm taking care of is comfortable and happy. I will make sure that they never lack what they need from me as their CNA. I believe in following rules and regulations that are laid out for me without any fail. While i was in collage, i lived with my grandmother and took care of her, which made me became caregiver. I am a Navy Veteran. I received the Purple Heart for my efforts in Afghanistan. I've also received multiple Navy medals and achievements while serving in Iraq, Kuwait and here in the states. My husband is still in the Navy. He is a Submarine IDC (Independent Duty Corpsman) and he makes me proud everyday. I'm a CNA who has been caring for seniors over the past 14 years in conjunction with other caregivers in their private homes. I assisted with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, maintaining adequate groceries in the house through the family. I engaged in daily activities, including organizing mail, managing appointments, and exercising. I provided daily transferring of the patient from bed to wheelchair, to recliner and walking around the house and assisted with exercise programs. I enjoy working with Seniors so that they can live in their homes as long as possible and so that their family members can have peace of mind. I enjoy finding ways to make life easier for someone to live in their home. I am patient and an out of the box thinker.
