I genuinely care about other people regardless differences and challenging characteristics; I don’t judge people and give them their privacy as well as take care of them with the best care and to their liking and comfort needs. I make sure things are done right and don’t take shortcuts, I’m honest, loyal, and compassionate towards other people. Why did you become a caregiver? I became a caregiver because I realized I listened to peoples needs and wanted to help improve the quality of their lives. I’m good at taking orders and encouraging people to do their best, to bring the best in them out. What do you like about being a caregiver? I enjoy when someone is content with the quality care I provide them. I enjoy taking people’s health into my hands and being successful, by keeping them at their optimal health. I am proud to have become a well-informed healthcare professional that knows how to care for any individual with any kind of condition due to all my experience and skills obtained from training.

Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa. Graduated my BS Biology (premed) in 2021 from Southern Utah University. I have been caregiving for about 3 years. Caregiving has been a rewarding experience because I get to know clients while making a positive impact in their lives . I'm a CNA who has been caring for seniors over the past 14 years in conjunction with other caregivers in their private homes. I assisted with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, maintaining adequate groceries in the house through the family. I engaged in daily activities, including organizing mail, managing appointments, and exercising. I provided daily transferring of the patient from bed to wheelchair, to recliner and walking around the house and assisted with exercise programs. I enjoy working with Seniors so that they can live in their homes as long as possible and so that their family members can have peace of mind. I enjoy finding ways to make life easier for someone to live in their home. I am patient and an out of the box thinker.

Brushing teeth, cleaning, shaving, and caring for patients' hair, and skin. The most thing that I enjoy caregiving is that I'm given back to my community helping the people that I need.
