I started doing caregiving in 2006 working for IHSS. I stayed with them until 2011. I loved the one on one with the client's. I have worked in facilities but didn't like that people weren't always getting the best care from all of the caregivers. I been doing private homes for a lot of years since. I love what I do and I am very grateful to do it. I have a lot of patience and compassion for my clients and there families. I try to give them the best care that they deserve. I do currently work for Cross Country Workforce doing Caregiving. I enjoy my job and I love working with families . I love being able to help someone that's in need of care. It makes my heart smile.

Since I was a child, I've loved helping other people. I enjoy working with people of all ages and circumstances. What excites me most about this position is the opportunity to help those with disabilities live happier, healthier lives. I think helping other people affects the local community positively, so I'd feel honored to accept such a vital role. I'm interested in being a caregiver because I'd like to increase the amount of care the elderly population receives. As I learned through my previous health care experience, this population often benefits from caregivers who provide companionship and who pay attention to detail. This can help improve the daily lives of this population. I'd love to be a part of that effort through this position and help improve the kind of care this group receives

Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who take great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with family members.

I am a productive caregiver and I'm always making sure that all my patients are good and comfortable and also doing my job better. I got attracted to be a caregiver because of my grandfather he has dimensia and I love helping people who needs help mostly people that has dimensia and also I enjoy helping them and giving them entertainment. I was a facility manager for a long term nursing home for the developmentally disabled of all ages. I plan to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment which facilitates the development of self help skills among individuals. I will provide the appropriate support tailored to the needs and desires of each client to enable each to live as independently as possible. I am capable of recognizing when an individual is in crisis and will be able to utilize the appropriate psychiatric and medical back up services.

I have been in the medical field for about 28 years. Started doing caregiving 10 years ago. I started with helping family members and eventually worked for companies, such as Comfort Keepers, Visiting Angels and 24 Hour Home Care. In doing this line of work, you learn a lot about the person you are caring for, tho you can have experience, you are constantly learning, no two people are the same. I love helping others, I'm caring and compassionate, and show them love and dignity, treating them as if they were my family, that is important. I have trained other caregivers, in the companies I worked for, and always told them, you have to have heart. If you don't, you are in the wrong field. You must show care as if they are your grandparents or parents. There is no better life than helping another in need. I look forward to every chance I have to do so. I'm quiet and clean, but will also joke and make them laugh, once we get to know each other. It is just my personality. I will respect your home, and your things, and take care of them as well as provide light house chores to help you out around the home. In the end, we are here to help one another, and if I can have the opportunity to do this forever, I will.

I love meeting and getting to know new people! I'm currently in college to become a teacher and I have been working with young children at a daycare, which has taught me to have an abundance of patience. What attracts me most about caregiving is being able to meet people and listen to their stories.
