My name is Tammie i want to be the person who put a smile on your family members face knowing that he /she is being takeing care of very well I want to be that one that makes them feel the best that I can to feel good every day. That alone made me happy to go to work every day. I have been in the care giving business for over ten years. I am very dependable, a team player, self-motivated, loyal, a quick learner, honest, organized and I am very dedicated to what my patient and family needs and wants. I don't look at this as a job I take caring for my patients as a passion. I enjoy what I do and I am thankful every day for the opportunity to provide this kind of care to someone's loved one who struggles to care for them self. I look forward to building my trust with a special family so that they can kind of get a break and free time knowing there family member is in great hands. That is a daily motivated goal for me. I am a warm, caring and compassionate person and have always enjoyed helping people, it comes as Second Nature to me, and I was both my Parent's "Right Hand Girl" as they used to call me. My mom worked for the Visiting Nurses Association when I was a young girl and back then she was allowed to take me with her to some of her clients, so that's one reason why I developed an interest in this type of work.

I enjoy helping others in need . I care for others like I would care for myself and family.

I became a caregiver because of my Mother she had became ill and I wanted to care for her but because I was not experienced in the health field she wanted some one who was in the health care field, so she had to go to the hospital and when I went to visit her I seen that she was in pain and uncomfortable in the hospital bed, and I tried to help her but did not know how too, and that made me very angry, so I decided to take a class in nursing Assistant and Home Health, but by the time I was finished with the course my Mother passed away. which helped me to see that their are others that need help in their homes and in nursing homes and I wanted do it for my mother to care to those in need and, I love caring for others, and I know my Mother is smiling down on me every time I make a difference in helping someone to live their life as much as possible. My greatest achievement is when making life better for others, like I met a lady who had had a stroke and her husband was caring for her and she was having problems with her hands stiffening up so I made her a home made device to help her be able to open and close her hand for exercise, so she could regain her strength in her hands and move her fingers. It was just rolled up towels but it helped her and made a difference and she was so pleased and so was I.

I am a people's person I love communicating with everyone. I have always been a companion for anyone that I have worked for. What makes me great is because when my mom and nephew got sick I stepped up and became their caregiver. Both of my family members had great illnesses and needed to be tended to 24hrs. That's what made me become interested in this career knowing I could help make a change in people's lives. The best part is knowing that your patients let u know that u are a good asset to them and it let's u know that u have accomplished what u have set out to do.

When I was younger I played piano professionally. I also donated my time playing piano for a senior care facility. I did this every Friday night for 5 years. Every person had their own special song that I played for them and they loved singing along. Example: Mr Krause, (102 years old) loved "Let Me Call You Sweetheart" and said I was "his sweetheart." I've always loved and respected seniors and became close with all I've met. I've passed the LiveScan, negative TB test Covid (negative) and registered as HHA with the State of California (current until August 2022.)

Hello My name is Azuka, i became a CNA because I have a passion for helping others. What I enjoy most about being a CNA is being able to help others in the time of need, being able to get to know my patients life experiences for who they are not only in the past but also for who they are now and learn knowledge from them from their past. A personal achievement that I have would be that I like to make my patients' lives positive. I am a great listener when they need someone to talk to or list a ear to listen to, and I enjoy being able to make my patients laugh.

I am a very caring and compassionate caregiver who provides quality care while insuring everyone is in a safe environment. I became a caregiver in 1995 when I went to work for an elderly woman who had hip replacement surgery. It was to be a six week job. However, it lasted six years. I very much enjoyed all aspects of my experience with her and I felt that her keeping me on all those years until she passed was a great achievement.

I am a great caregiver because I have been in this field for about 2 years now I love helping people disabled or disability and I want to become a registered nurse in the near future.
