What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

I relocated from Ocean Beach to Oceanside and have been working as an independent contractor on several different cases. I love the work I do and I'm good at it. Hi, I first became a caregiver because I wanted to know what it was like helping someone in need. After my first client I realized how much I love being a caregiver. I enjoy everything about my job. I feal very lucky and blessed to have found my calling. I love learning new things especially if they are medical related. I have done case management in a residential home which included scheduling appointments, ordering medications and/or medical equipment, Interview and training new caregivers and weekly meal planning. I have worked with patients with COPD, hoyer lift,MS,Dementia and Alzheimer's and skin cancer treatments. I have also experience in hospice care. The bond that I create with my clients is a wonderfull experience. I like to bake and try new recepies. On my spare time I like to go shopping, do arts and crafts, read non fiction books and watch movies. Oh and I recently started painting.! I think everyone has something unique about themselves and what ever their talent is or was I like to get inspired by it and try new things.
