My name is Arlette, My journey working with seniors started when I cared for my grandmother when she needed the help about 10 years ago. After that I noticed I enjoyed caring for the elderly and spending time with them. I love listening to their stories and learning from their experiences. I see them and treat them as my family. I like to help them get the best quality of life under their circumstances. I feel a sense of accomplishment every time it's time for me to leave their house and they have a smile on their faces. That lets me know they are happy and feel safe under my care. I have worked with people suffering from different illness like: Alzheimer's and dementia, cancer, hospice, C Diff. I was caregiver for 24years. All those years it's my independence years . I worked at the hospital, state licensed home, private home caregiver. I am extremely dependable and a hard worker. I have 2, 5 years of experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer's and lime disease, 10 years with Parkinson's disease patients in a facility setting (private homes too). I had full vaccinated for COVID-19. I am super patient and caring . I think I have the gift of taking care of others.
