I am a very compassionate person. I like to laugh and pepole tend to be very comfortable around me. I'm easy going, a hard worker , dependable and enjoy meeting new people . I love working in this field it provides so much joy to help others. I love being able to come alongside families and help them . I value the relationships I build along the way. My goal with my families is to allow them to be completely themselves, to help them in the areas they need help and to do things the way they want it done. I made a career change to IT, so I didn't maintain my certs, but I still have a deep passion and yearning to help and serve others. I became a caregiver because i enjoy helping others.I like the satisfaction of knowing that i am making someone else's life more tolerable and comfortable.I am proud to say that i have saved a few peoples lives when they stopped breathing or was choking, and i acted quick enough to do that for them.I have been a CNA for 30+ years. I will continue to help others until i can no longer serve them...love u all!

I am dependable and honest I have the willingness to learn every day because there is always something to learn. I have family members that needed assistance with daily living skills. Ifeel that everyone somehow needs a little help, so I got into healthcare. I enjoy meeting and learning about the adventures and history of the person I care for. I find that so rewarding, I got to take care of my dad during his journey and that was a blessing for me to be able to care and spend as much time with him that is memorable, and I will cherish that time I had with him.

I believe it is essential to have patience when working with the elderly. When the well-being of an elderly individual depends on your presence you need to be there. Compassionate, supportive, supportive, and creative are all very helpful as well. I grew up with my mother and grand mother both working in the hospital as ICU nurses. My first real job was a caregiver at a small assisted living center. I absolutely fell in love caring for the elderly.
