Hello my name is Anastasia and I am a mother of two beautiful girls. I became a caretaker shortly before I had my first daughter as more of a means to an end income wide and fell in love with helping people. I have dabbled in a few other professions but have always come back to helping and taking care of others. As a teen I became sick and could not walk for about a year. With a lot of hard work and a dedicated medical team I was able to regain my mobility back which has given me a great insight on how people who need care feel while they are in their time of need. I feel that my experience has given me the patience needed to allow others the right amount of time to grow and heal themselves. One thing I do love about my job and feel the most proud of is the fact that I am very into taking care of the whole individual not just their ailment. So in tern I tend to find little drastic changes that others miss and, with my own experience in mind, I am able to better understand the feelings of those who do not like having the extra help. I believe that everyone has their own story and just because of either an ailment or old age that story does not just end. It its my duty as a caretaker to help that person continue that story and live their best life the best they can. Why else would anyone want to be a caretaker.

I am: FULLY VACCINATED and boosted from COVID 19, certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to work part time or full time . I have worked the past 15 years as a caregiver providing assistance with personal care, shopping, meal planning, cooking, medication management and transportation. I have experience in Companion Care, Palliative Care and Hospice Care. I have experience working with and managing private care teams. I have provided care for clients in their homes as well as assisted living and memory care facilities. My favorite thing about being a caregiver is the fact that your helping others and I love to help. I love knowin at the end up the day that I made the day easier for my residents and that they know if they ever need anything of some sort I'll be their to help. My first jon as a caregiver I was thrown into and I had no idea what I was doing but due to training and my fellow employees they made it easy to love and learn how to do all the things and assistance the residents need on a day to day basis.

When an elderly family member of mine had a health crisis I was lucky enough to be able to be a close part of her care which is what ignited the passion for this type of work in me first. I began to seek out more caregiving opportunities and fell in love with being a part of allowing seniors to stay independent and active and being able to help in giving them a better quality of life. What makes me a good caregiver is I am very dedicated to care giving and always put my best efforts into my job. It is important to me for my clients to receive the best care and for them to know they have someone that cares for and about them and that will be there to help with any of their needs.
