I have dedicated my life to helping others. My background includes providing care to seniors with limited mobility, terminal illnesses ,strokes, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. In these roles, I consistently team with family members, case managers, hospice and assisted living staff to create an environment conducive to the seniors' physical and mental health. I use a person-centered approach. Learning more about seniors and their needs is important, therefore, I frequently attend pertinent training and classes. I am: FULLY VACCINATED and boosted from COVID 19, certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to work part time or full time . I am available Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 8:00pm. I look forward to hearing from you.

I truly think one of the absolute best things about me in my previous experiences as being a caregiver is I don't look at it like a paycheck. It's a family. I treat residents like they are my own family. What attracted me to being a caregiver was I heard people were being indecent to the residents so I applied to make sure they got treated the way they deserve. I truly know that's what I most enjoyed as a a caregiver because I knew if I was on the floor I knew the residents would have the love and care they needed. My personal achievement is the fact my residents felt the love they needed. It's crucial to family and friends to have a caregiver that cares. That's why I chose this profession when I was young. A personal achievement I am proud of is I work for a group home called MV Advancements, and last year I received Employee of the month which made me feel great knowing I was doing my job to the best of my ability.

I started care giving as a young child. Being raised by grandparents who were very ill from a very young age, i realized the importance of care giving. I took care of all my grandparents through their illnesses and deaths. I have had the blessings of caring for many family members, and friends families. i treat each person as their own self. Each person Ive had the blessings have taught me many things. I just simply have the light inside that many long for and need. My passion lies here others need.
