I am CNA, HHA, Med-Tech, and now a Care Manager. I love helping others that are in need! I had a daycare for 18 years. I was looking for something else in helping others that's why I went back to school to become a CNA and HHA. I'm now in Care Management. I manage medication's, doctors appointments, transportation and oversight of senior care. Which includes case management that includes, family members that live out of state, that I oversee their family members to make sure they are receiving the best care. I love spending time with the elderly. I would not trade my job as a Care Manager/caregiver. I have taken care of many seniors, in the last 17 years and love it so much! It makes me feel so good when I go in to help others that are having a hard time taking care of themselves. And family members needing oversight of their family members in need of care. Vaccinated.

As a caregiver for 15 years, primarily in nursing homes and the last 6 years in private homes, it has given me a sense of satisfaction to assist in the needs of others with special needs and health issues. I am a 54 year old mother of three grown, successful children and enjoy the time i get to spend with my family. Originally from Fiji Islands but lived here in the States for 32 years.

I am proud to be a seasoned caregiver. I have been in the medical field for over 25 years. I started in long term care, hospitals, clinics. My favorite level of care is home care. I like working one on one with client. I enjoy being able to unilize the skills that I have learned and trained throughout the years for. I have a happy, peppy, upbeat attitude. I adapt well to the environment that I am in. Compassionate, dignity, respect is what I practice.

I care about people a lot..I put every one before me to make sure their happy and Have what they need..I'm very direct but never rude..was born and raised with respect and treat people how I want to be treated..I'm. Strong willed and very passionate of what I do..I have pride at what I do because I do it to the Best of my ability..never knew there was such thing as caregivers for elderly..when I first saw a nursing home it touched my heart with every thing I believe and care for..I. Do the job with my heart because of what I believe and know..I have soo much respect for our elders because they have more knowledge and wonderful history built with their loved. Ones..and seen most than me or any one around them...they are the reason why we know what we know and our world continues to better and newer cause it had to start with them....I respect them and their memories created and what they know ..believe and treasure..

I am very patient and love helping. I don't consider this a job. It's so rewarding. I am proud to be a caregiver. It's my why in life. I bring a smile to work and will always go above and beyond for clients. It's a privileged to take care of the elderly

I have always been dedicated to helping others 10 years in this industry and I have grown to be a compassionate professional of the elderly care and as a mentally disabled. Impatient personable and dependable when it comes to responding to individual's needs and companionship. I have always been responsible and trustworthy keeping a strong focus in treating everyone with dignity and respect. I have watched my mother's 30 year career as an acute care CNA at Twin Cities Hospital and have always wanted to follow in the medical field. I am looking forward to my career In-Home Care working part-time, so I can accomplish my goals and objectives that I have set toward my future in this industry.
