My name is Tina I have been a caregiver over 26 years. I love what I do helping clients. I am a very dependable person. I am nurturing. Also, I am a very caring person. I have 30 years of experience in providing personal in-home care for disabled, cognitively impaired, chronically ill, and hospice patients. I assist patients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. I monitor patients' vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. I am a thoughtful and considerate person who takes pride in providing the best care possible. I became a caregiver through the influence of my great aunt and grandmother as they were the neighborhood caregivers. I watched them as a child and knew I wanted to do the same thing. I began by taking care of my grandmother when she became home bound in her older age. For the past three years, I was the care taker for my mother after she suffered a stroke. The thing I enjoy the most is feeling a sense of joy and humility in assisting those in need in conducting their activities of daily living. They are so appreciative. I consider it a personal achievement when they recover and there is no further need of my services. That confirms that my work with them has improved their quality of life.

I enjoy working with people and I most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of my elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel I can get along well with a variety of elders. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I don't ever say, "That's not my job" but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in attending to detail.

Empathy and compassion are my core values. I always want to help, and I'm very patience especially when providing care. I enjoy doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I'm proud to have inspired hope in many whom I have assisted.

I am a very dedicated person who take my job seriously, very passionate with my Job and take delight in doing what I do. Being a Caregiver is very rewarding to me and always treat my Client with dignity and respect and treat them as my own. Taking care of my dying Mother at a younger age gave me the pride to take that path and to always take care of my Client with a passion. I am very dedicated and take my job seriously. The fact that I am able to put a smile of Clients face and to take care of them with joy and pride alone fills my heart with happiness and makes me grateful each day for choosing that path. I have taken care of a lot of Client for all this years and being able to take care of a particular Client for more than 4years when Doctors had told the family She had 6 months to live a lone makes my happy. Care is not only about taking care of someone but as to how you treat the person and make them feel makes a huge difference. That made me so proud of my self because it made me realize I made a difference and I did my job as a caregiver and recognized the client as a family of my own

I became a certified nursing assistant in May of 2000. I have worked in many specialties in the healthcare field which consists of med-surg, telemetry,Icu,Brain and Injury, Rehab and Pacu. I also worked in Hospice, and home health for 15 years. I am currently working towards Nursing degree.

I've always been the compassionate person caring for other even when I was teenager. Come up watching my mother and grandmother as nurses and childcare provider it became natural to me. So when started high school I enroll in Nurseing program pass with excellent grades during I class hours we went to nursing home for hand on experience I then new this was what I liked doing. During summer break of school I work at local nursing home facility also had to attend monthly educational inservices were I learn the RESIDENTS RIGHTS,HIPPA, BIOHAZARD POLICY and INFECTION CONTROL .

I came from big family very loving very caring. I was raised to love, to give, to care, to be patient with others also to be concerned about needs of others. I love to talk laugh also listen. I am patient understanding compassionate so much compassionate and care for others. God has blessed me with great sense of humor. I've got a lot of lots of lots of love to give. I'm a counselor at my church. In general I love to Give ,Care and Share. I have worked as a care giver for over 7 years . Whoever hires me would be proud and happy.
