I'm a very positive thinker I'm easily to get along with I love people and I love to see people happy. I always knew I wanted to help people and as I grew older this is the type of work I always wanted to do, is to take care of people, I have a big heart and I'm very compassionate towards everybody and anybody.. What I enjoy most of caregiving is I love to see people happy and comfortable in their home environment.

Former LBSW with Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Angelo State University. Experience with individuals living with and managing recovery from severe mental illness, intellectual disabilities, co-occuring substance use disorder and a variety of co-occurring physical illnesses. Experience is isolated to adult populations. Have helped individuals in the community, their own homes, outpatient clinical settings, nursing and rehabilitaton facilities, and group home environments.

I enjoy working with the elderly and enjoy being a caregiver. I enjoy making them smile and helping in what I can to make easier on them and the family. I cared for my dad when he was sick and i enjoyed every minute I had with him. I have worked in a dementia and Alzheimer's unit we had didn't resident with different situations i enjoyed it very much. I heard stories about thier life's and it was rewarding to see thier smiles daily.

I've worked in several areas, geriatrics, mhmr, dementia, all these are sometimes coupled with physical disabilities also.

I have been a CNA since I was 16, recently I have moved on to completing school for Medical Technician (CCMT). I love being a caregiver because I love being the voice people need and being able to help people grow, recovery, and live a comfortable life despite any ailments and disabilities. I am patient, caring, organized, and dependable. I always do my best to put the person(s) needs above all eles in situations. I am proud of the personal growth and experience I have gained working so closely with a broad range of patients.

I have had been a caregiver to my own Mom who passed away 2016. I took care of her 24/7 daily baths, hair grooming, toilet needs and feeding her every 3 meals. I have in the past taken care of other Elderly people. I am a loving and devoted person with a big heart. I always wamted to be.
