I started working for a caregiver when I was 16 taking care of someone's grandmother. I am very passionate about taking care of people with disabilities or assisting the elderly in their daily living skills. One of my greatest achievements I'm proud of would be the years of service the things I've learned has definitely helped me in a loving fulfilling career.

Becoming an CNA became important in my life as my grandmother was in need of some assistance and I was unaware of all the things that was needed so I went to learn received my certificate and feel in love with taking care of the elderly I have been working in this field for 20 years and I LOVE IT!!!!!

My Name is Pearlie, I have always had the caretaker trait since I was around 10 years old. I was the grandkid that wanted to stay in the house and help my grandmother take care of my granddad and the person that want a babysitting job in the summer to help out the family. It make me feel good to do for others when the can't or have no one to help them complete their daily living duties. I'm a medical assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant and would like to get back into the CNA side to have more hands on taking care of people again that is my passion.

I love being a caregiver because I love helping those in need. A personal achievement I'm proud of is going to school to do nursing even though I have children. It's hard at the moment, but it'll get easier eventually.

I became a caregiver because it fufills my heart, mind , and soul. I get great satisfaction knowing that I can help keep a person safely and comfortably in their home. Meeting new people and their families has given me a lot of knowledge to use for the next job I am fortunate to receive. My years of experience have taught me to have patience and compassion for each person because everybody is different in their own way. I have raised an incredible teenager who is thriving in life. One of the things I am most proud of is that I took care of my mother who was dying of lung cancer. I was the best advocate for her that I could be. I kept her safe and comfortable to live out the last days of her life. I have done a little of everything in the medical field. I have worked in the ER, assisted living, home health and hospice and live in private duty. When I am not working I enjoy reading, camping, and spending time with my family.

I believe growing up with my grandma gave me hope to help the elderly. Being able to say I helped with people grandparents and mothers or fathers. Absolutely everything from taking care of the elderly to companionship. Becoming a better person then yesterday.

I am very Maticulous w everything.. Longevity, dependable, reliable, outgoing and a over achevier. Giving my heart to those who need it most ..putting a smile on the face of a patient and giving the family the stress less part of not having to take care of there family but enjoy what time is left w them.My most rewarding goal would be meeting lots of diff people from diff backgrounds and hearing all there stories good and bad !! I became a CNA last may and I love helping people and have a big heart. I love being a CNA, I just finished my freshman year of college at Ivy Tech for Nursing.

I Love my career. I have been a CNA for 10 years. I worked in an ER for 8 years and have 2 years of nursing home experience. I believe in giving the best quality of care.

I am young and am willing to put my body to work to help the others than cannot. I enjoy spending my time with the elderly and giving back. Even if its not with the elderly all the time, I still enjoy giving back to those who are suffering from illnesses. If I can help, I will in any way I can. My stepmother is a Nurse Practitioner and most of my family consists of Nurses. This made me want to get my foot in the door for nursing school so I became a CNA.
