Hi, I currently provide independent living skills, dementia care, hospice care, nanny, housekeeping, companion care, transportation, senior and home health care services. I have been providing senior care since 2000. My education includes being a current LPN, Bachelors in Social Work, addiction counselor for 5 years and Masters in Human Services. I look forward to speaking with you regarding my qualifications. I am a very patient individual and believe that communication is the key to resolving most difficulties in life. I have 4 children of which 2 are still at home. I am a single mom who enjoys nature walks, being involved in the church and living a serene and quiet lifestyle. Reading, writing, volunteering and walks are a few of my favorite things to do.

I'm very much a people person & highly empathetic. I knew I wanted to be a caretaker/Nurse since high school working as a volunteer in local hospital. I come from a family of caretakers so it's in my genetics. I've done many aspects of caregiving from rooming patients in local clinic to skilled unit in nursing facility & Alzheimer's unit. I love geriatric care due to the respect I have for the elderly. They've earned it for surviving through hardships I've only read about & learned in history class, which brings me to the fact that they have the best stories to tell if able to. I take pride in my care & the bigger the challenge it is with not so happy clients/patients I manage to get them to open up a bit & do my best to turn there frown upside down raising there spirits up. I've been a home health aid DSP for over 10 years. What got me started in this field is growing up. My mom was blind so I've always been taken care of somebody after high school. I figured I might as well stick with what I am good at and that's taking care of others. I have experience working with Alzheimer's dementia seniors on hospice mental health behavior physical disabilities I've done lifts grooming personal cares. Everything you name it. It means the world to me to come in to these people's lives cause sometimes we are the only people that our clients see so to come in and make a positive impact on your life and give you the parent support that you deserve means the world to me. I've been in this field for 30+ years now I'm very companionent reliable I take my position very seriously I don't leave anything undone . I make sure my clients are satisfied before leaving their residence I'm good with doing any tasks I'm available around the clock there's just one thing I can't do is work in a residence that have CATS I'm very allergic and very much afraid otherwise I'm a hard worker.

I'm a great people person. I love talking and getting to know people so that they cannot feel alone but it's also good getting to know people. Sometimes you never know what that person might did or who they truly are. I love cooking and trying new things. I also love coloring and playing game. I do hair as well. And I'm also a very light hearted person I listen to people, I help anyone no matter what's going on in my life, and I also always give people an extra chance even when they hurt me.
