Hello, I am a very compassionate person, dependable, great listener, respectful with my clients and their values, very kind, punctual, hard worker, with a great attitude. I love and enjoy helping people, when and where they more need. Being a CNA, was the greatest decision, I have made in my life, because my dream came through; since I was little I liked to help people. I gave a lot to my clients and more than anything, a handful of help, understanding, passion, love and a great smile in my face, every time when I arrive to their homes, but not only I give them, but I also receive many things back in return. Another big smile, and thanks, for everything I do for them. There is not a better feedback that their appreciation for my hard work and commitment. I remember hearing this expression from my last client "Maxi you make my days. I am so happy when I see you in my door", The services I can provide to you and your loves one are: company and conversation, helping recovery from surgeries, fall prevention, medication reminder, light cooking and housekeeping, laundry, errands, driving to Dr. app., assisting in activities of daily living, shower or bath, walking, and many more as needed. I have many skills and more than five years of experience in this field and can provide certifications and great references. I also have fingerprint card and CPR certification. I am looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you, Maximina

Love and support for others is the heart and passion of my personality which is why I opted for a career in the healthcare field about 15 years ago. I have extensive experience in working with people with many different disabilities and understand that every individual requires separate attention with varying needs. I professionally carry out my responsibilities by exceptionally monitoring individuals for changes in condition and report the change. I am from Kalamazoo, Michigan and moved to Phoenix in 2014. I'm excited to share my knowledge, compassion and love for people here in Arizona.

I have a great passion being able to help and the name caregiver just happened to matches my title. Care is somethings I do without any hesitation because it's just part of me and from my background.Am very understanding, compassionate, reliable, flexible and down to earth. I do not praise myself because I let my actions and attitude speak of what I can offer. Am only on here to give back in the most caring ways possible. No criminal history, driving record is clean. I do not drink or smoke just love to help by giving the best care. My 11 years experience of cargiving and the passion I have for the work I do is very important to me.
I got into caregiving first and foremost because I have a love for people and I enjoy it because it's rewarding having to make a difference in someone's life that needs and deserves the care. A personal achievement I'm proud of is knowing an individual I worked with for sometime who has now been able to accomplish her goals. I have 20 years experience in levels of caretaker, private care, live-in-care, assisting individuals with disabilities, job coaching, day programs, companionship, respite care and more. I am CPR/First-aid certified, med-aide, levels of understanding behaviors, and abuse & neglect training. I have patience and consideration for individuals, especially the elderly, being respectful and showing such companionship towards them. Making their lives so much easier by being able to provide the care they so deserve while being in the comfort of their own homes.
I love being in the field of Caregiving. I'm friendly, outgoing and definitely dependable. It all started years ago when my mom suffered a stroke and we had to temporarily have her in an assisted home for a while. I met a lot of people she met there and she always had me help them out. I felt bad since all the nurses were on overload with their work so I helped whenever I could. I always volunteered at my children's schools and the church when the opportunity presented itself. I have experience with Special Needs with a young boy from my sons Karate Club that I volunteered to help also. I was taking care of a senior with Alzheimer's for at least 3 years until he recently passed away. I have another client with Parkinson's and another that suffered a stroke a year in a half ago. I do have my Home Health Aide Certification as of 11/21/15 and also my CPR Certification and Fingerprint and Background Check also available. My passed consists of working the front and back office of a Pediatric and Family Practice Office in Colorado, also lots of Customer Service and working in Administrative/Clerical. I look forward to meeting my new clients and bring enthusiasm and positive energy to them every day!

I am a great care giver because I have a good heart for the elderly I have been a caregiver since I was 18 years old and I bond with the client I make sure they are always safe and okay no matter what state of mind their in my job is to assure them that they are safe with me and that I have their back and will not let no harm come their way I love what I do I have the heart for people and I love that I can be there for someone who has no one in their life. I am honest and very reliable I am always on time and I don't call out of work unless I have an extreme emergency. I LOVE MY WORK AND I LOVE MY CLIENTS. This is truly my GOD GIVING CALLING.
I am compassionate, and feel that everyone has to be treated with respect and dignity. I became a care giver knowing that it would take a special person to be able to help others in order to make their lives a little easier, and I see that in myself. My biggest achievement in life is that I was there for my mother who had multi stroke and no longer was able to take care of herself. I was there to help her change, bath, feed, and walk her for three years until the end, and I would do it all over again, if given a chance.
