I have been working as a caregiver, home health aid, patient care attendant, and certified CNA over 15 years now I do love it. I get to work my own hours. I'm always available for any activity in my children have going on in their lives and most importantly I get to make a difference in someone else's life, this is my calling and I take pride and what I do. My schedule and availability is from 8:30 to 11:30 Monday through Friday. Therefore, you like a little sunshine in your life and who is going to make a difference in your life. Than look no further.

I became a caregiver because i love taking care of the elderly and people as a whole. Being able to give quality care at a high level of gratitude and expectation is what motivates me. One of the things I'm most proud of is a time when i walked in on a resident at the nursing facilities where i worked and his countenance just didn't look right so i asked the resident was he ok. He said yes but i just didn't have peace about it,so i called the nurse. To my surprise, he was on the verge of having a stroke due to the fact that i went to check in on him saved his life in time. And for that, I'm forever greatful.

I was an RN for 14 years predominately in oncology, 3 years in Hospice home health. I am the mother and caregiver of a 43 year old son with quadriplegic cerebral palsy so I am very experienced with disabilities and needed equipment. I cared for my mother, who had alzheimer's disease. I have been a church secretary for the last two years. I am a very compassionate, caring person with a positive personality and a good sense of humor. I want to be a Caregiver.

Humor is present, and I am able to detail-oriented and able to accept help, and willing to set boundaries. I love helping other people's is what attracted me to being a caregiver. Seeing the patient's smile is one of my favorite aspects of being a caregiver. I became a caregiver when I realize, no one else was going to be able to fill the needs of my granny, Granny had a stroke and blood disease but was ok .. I was in Atlanta about to open hair salon with my best friend, Meanwhile I get call from my daughter granny wasn't getting any better. A week later I went home to visit granny as I walked around the house and saw how poorly she was managing, I knew I had make a difficult choice. I walked away from my business ... and put my life on hold. as it were to care for my granny who have giving so much to this world ..It was a choice , but it was also true that choosing not to help her was not an option , Not a choice and obligation to the one we love.. Before granny pass she would always say to me .. you are God's choosing one.. Love ! After that I took care of my best friend mom,,and my neighbors love ones .. I've always know my calling was to help others at the same time I knew I wanted to be caregiver

I enjoy working with people. I'm very empathetic. I'm a great worker. I think patience and compassion are essential. This is a job that requires a lot of tolerance for challenging situations, and good communication and a positive attitude also go a long way. Additionally, you need endurance and physical ability to support patients with certain tasks.I enjoy being able to help others in ways they can't .
