What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

I am dedicated, versatile and hard working provider of in home elderly care with 15+ years’ experience in most areas assisted health and home cleaning. Professional Experience: I have provided in home health care for elderly couple. I do live in care 24/7 I have prepared 3 well balanced meals each day, taking into consideration that one member of the family was diabetic I made sure all medicine were taken at the prescribed times. I have picked up all medicine from the pharmacy. I have provided light housekeeping making beds, vacuuming, kitchen etc. I have assisted in dressing both husband and wife each day making sure that they were in clean cloths, also assisted in personal cleanliness. I have provided laundry service at least twice each week I have provided shopping for food and various health care items I have provided temporary care for bed ridden patients.

Always striving to provide top quality dignified care for the elderly with love, patients , empathy and respect. I became a caregiver 26 years ago because I have a soft spot for the elderly and I enjoy helping and caring for the aging population. What I enjoy best being a caregiver is, I get to learn a lot from my elderly clients life experiences! I enjoy conversation with them, lending a helping hand, and a listening ear. All while providing genuine companionship.

Helping elderly on their daily routines, making sure they get the help they needed and being their companion makes me a caregiver. I became a CNA/Caregiver to care for my Parents properly. Then I cared for others too when I was younger. I naturally Care for people, it is very rewarding to me. I like CNA work because I seem to have such a rewarding time with the person I care for. Everyone seems to go so fast in this computer age and it isn't like that when you care for someone. I have been told I calm people, I am fun, I listen, I simply care. I did save a women's life more than once and if a person is happy then it would naturally be they or he or she would have more of a will to be alive. i had a Son that was sick as he was growing up. It was very challenging for me to love someone so much and see him so young. Now I just like to make live's better and I do. My only criteria is that the person is truly nice to be around.
