What makes me feel great about being a caregiver is that the client is loyal,and always happy. I am tolerant,patient,humble,able to work with tough clients.I also treat the client like if he or she was like my family.I don't take anything personal.I love my job and I'm patience I'm always nice and courteous I always put their needs first before mine.

I am dedicated, versatile and hard working provider of in home elderly care with 15+ years’ experience in most areas assisted health and home cleaning. Professional Experience: I have provided in home health care for elderly couple. I do live in care 24/7 I have prepared 3 well balanced meals each day, taking into consideration that one member of the family was diabetic I made sure all medicine were taken at the prescribed times. I have picked up all medicine from the pharmacy. I have provided light housekeeping making beds, vacuuming, kitchen etc. I have assisted in dressing both husband and wife each day making sure that they were in clean cloths, also assisted in personal cleanliness. I have provided laundry service at least twice each week I have provided shopping for food and various health care items I have provided temporary care for bed ridden patients.

I became a CNA/Caregiver to care for my Parents properly. Then I cared for others too when I was younger. I naturally Care for people, it is very rewarding to me. I like CNA work because I seem to have such a rewarding time with the person I care for. Everyone seems to go so fast in this computer age and it isn't like that when you care for someone. I have been told I calm people, I am fun, I listen, I simply care. I did save a women's life more than once and if a person is happy then it would naturally be they or he or she would have more of a will to be alive. i had a Son that was sick as he was growing up. It was very challenging for me to love someone so much and see him so young. Now I just like to make live's better and I do. My only criteria is that the person is truly nice to be around. I am a caregiver for twelve (12) years now. I started working as an office staff of a Home Care Agency where I also helped with some caregiving assignments when no one can go or a caregiver is sick to work. I realized I am more happier and fulfilled working with the elderly. That's how I started to become a caregiver. I am very hardworking, responsible, committed, organized, loving and happy caregiver. I am proud of myself when I make my patients satisfied and happy with my job. I like working with the elderly because the job reminds me of my parents when I helped them. The fulfilment I get from being a caregiver was when I am treated like family even after my job was finished. I realized that working with the elderly made me a better person, responsible caregiver and a compassionate human being. I always have more love in my heart for the elderly.

I went to school to become a certified nursing assistant, chha and rna. i like to take good care of the elderly it is My personal achievement. I take pride in taking good care of my patients 100 % they become stronger and in good shape. I have been a us citizen for 11 years. Get to have fun and take care of them like they built our future in the past. I respect my elders and for everything that they have done and what else I can learn and do for them. My experience is taking care of my grandma and grandpa they both have health problems and have to have multiple surgeries quite often and it became something that I really did enjoy getting to help out and repay them for what they have done for me. When I was little my first Encounter was helping my grandpa but not really understanding how I was helping him at the moment. He had dementia I didn't quite understand that at the time but he would change conversation randomly and instead of getting mad or annoyed I went along so he wasn't confused or upset. I let him steer the conversation and learned how to be patient and take my time fully understanding what was happening. He got so bad that he forgot to feed his dog for three days and I had school so I couldn't go see him. Finding out he couldn't even remember he had a dog and it died that when something clicked in me. I just knew that I wanted to help other family's never have to loose or forget something so important, because I can be there to remember for them.

I enjoy working with disabled children and the elderly. I took care of my grandmother when she was on hospice in 2011. I moved to Dallas to live with her and attended to her every need. I currently work with disabled children but would like to continue to work with seniors. I feel like most of them are forgotten by society and I want to give back to them by showing them compassion and helping them.
