I am currently a care giver for children with disabilities, I have also work with foundation for senior living in the past. I love being around seniors they have so much knowledge to pass on. I want to pursue a career in the health field. Some day I want to be able to call myself, "Dr. Esqueda!" When that day comes, I want to be able to say i have been there and I have done it. I believe in doing so, it will make me a more compassionate and understanding doctor. Most of all, I enjoy the satisfaction of helping others. Recently I did enroll into Pre-med. My placement test scores were high enough for me to receive the Presidential Scholarship (Honor's Scholarship) at Mesa Community College; however, because I did not graduate in a high school within Maricopa county, I could not receive the scholarship. Still, I was very proud of myself and will enroll into honor classes, with or without the requirement, primarily because I love a challenge and believe one should always set their standards high. If your dream does not intimidate you then, it is not a dream.

I decided to attend CNA school after taking care of my sick Mom and other family members. I was told by my family and friends that taking care of people was my calling. I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them with their special needs. I enjoy hearing all their stories and when they share all their pictures with me. My personal achievement would be graduating CNA school at a late time in my life and continuing nursing education. I enjoy the outdoors, cooking and baking.

1. I became a CNA because I love taking care of people and love seeing them make progress to the little things in life that we take for granted, and know you can make their day a little better just by providing care. 2. I love the helpfulness about it because if you aren't passionate about helping and what you do for the patients then you have to reason to be doing what it period. 3. When I was working at Loving Care Home I had a patient that was very shy and she didn't like people touching her. So what I did was every time she came around me or I was around her I greeted her with a smile and always asked how she was doing and when it was time to complete a task with her I gave her options so that way the choice was always hers. When it came time for baths or wiping of herself I always set it up for her and let her do it and only assist if she asked or wanted me to help and gradually as she became comfortable with me she allowed me to do things for her and always asked for me by name. Her shyness and her not allowing people to touch her faded away because I helped build that confidence back for her. 4. I’m a team player, detail oriented, good listener, hard worker and at heart a great conversationalist. I’m able to adapt and work with minimum supervision and learn company procedures quickly. I communicate them and resolve issues with clarity, quality and patience. I just naturally have a caring demeanor about myself. I love helping people.

I have great empathy and compassion. Working with the elderly in a home care setting is essential that I feel the desire to want to help. By showing both I will make sure that the person will know that they're in good hands at all times. I became a caregiver because I have a passion with working with the elderly seniors starting way back 6 years ago with my grandparents who recently passed away. Being a caregiver I like how I naturally have the urge of helping others and it's something that I love to do and have been blessed to have this amazing gift. I have been a caregiver for 18 years now. I am a certified caregiver here in Arizona. I have cared people before with dementia, diabetes, heart problems, had stroke, unable to walk and had a hard time getting out from bed. Sanitation around where the clients live is always my priority. I am conscious for the good nutrition for the clients that I am working for. I am always alert of the need of the clients before it arises. I want to make sure that I am always there for them for their safety without invading, if they want their own space. I am always open to new things in this type of work. Clients have the privilege to customize their care, however and whatever they want to be done for them. Every individual is different. I have been a Medical Assistant since 2010 I enjoy helping people and learning about people I am getting my Caregiver certificate this month. I feel it will open a more wider employment range for me. I started in the Medical field due to wanting to help people I enjoy working with children and adults I have worked with severe and Autistic patients. I take care of my dad which he is 100% disabled. To take care of people that need assistance i wanted to be able to help people I like getting to know people and making a difference my skills i've achieved in the 17 years I've been caregiving I've been a manager of a care home for 6months I'm currently a med tech for the last 5 year's at a care facility for the last 5years

I have now finished, after a year and a half, of taking care of my patient. We became best friends during that time. She has been transferred to a retirement facility in Santa Barbara. I am anxious and available to start another loving relationship with a new family. I am asking you to give me the opportunity to care for your loved one! I am a retired \\\\"nurse\\\\"...not a registered nurse...but worked for 18 years as a back-office \\\\"nurse\\\\" ....medical assistant for a family practice physician (10yrs) and 2 urologists (8yrs). Since then, I've cared for many people in their homes. I can provide many excellent references. I raised 8 children and realized early in my life that I am happiest when I am caring for others. Since my children are all grown and gone raising children of their own, I am alone and available to share my experience, knowledge and most importantly, my love of caring for others.
