I am generally emotional and I care a great deal in pleasing and making people happy. I am attracted to being a caregiver because I feel bad when I see people in need and they cannot help themselves. What I enjoy most about my job is the look of satisfaction I see in the faces of those I give care to.

I'm caring and love to listen to stories from my clients. I am very reliable and have worked my entire career with the elderly. Formerly a Respiratory Therapist and the Director of Respiratory Services for a large nursing home corporation. I am a Licensed Vocational Nurse, IV certified and have a healthcare provider CPR/first aid certification.

I am 25years old and currently attending Mt Sac college. Graduated from Claremont High. I am a very loving person, extremely outgoing and punctual. I love to clean and cook for people. I am currently a caregiver for my grandmother and she loves me to death she never wants me to leave. Well I am a very funny and loving person I'm organized , very observant and I'm very honest and loyal. I occasionally take care of my great grandmother who has early Dementia I offer her companionship, food prep, occasional exercise, and reminding her about her medication. I was attracted to being a care giver because I like helping other and thought I could put a smile on someone's face. I think what I enjoy most would be having conversations about their life when they were younger I love hearing stories. I would have to say completely two AA/ AS degrees in college in just 3 years.

I love not just helping others with their Health Care but I live for it. As a young girl my grandmother would take me to work with her and I would watch in awe how she helped others who could help themselves and nurse them back to health. I didn't know that I would be helping her as a teenager after she suffered a stroke and heart attack. But it was a joy and it was natural. when I am helping others whether a baby to an elder, I always hear her words ringing in my ear, treat people the way you want to be treated. So every Grandmother, Grandfather and so on are mines. The main thing I want people to know is that your family is not only safe, but I know how to turn me off, when I am taking care of a client they are #1 priority as far as I know my personal life has never interfered with My job duties.

I decided to become a caregiver because I have a big heart and am passionate about helping others. Hello, I am Madison and I am a 23 year old nursing student. I completed my CNA program and I am still continuing my education to get my bachelors degree in nursing. I love being a caregiver and getting to impact my patients life in a positive way. I am grateful that I can be there for them when they can no longer help themselves in everyday activities.

What makes me a great caregiver is my level of empathy. I can understand what someone is going through and provide compassion to aid them. I like to make a positive difference in people's lives. I'm also a communications major so I enjoy engaging with others and providing companionship as a caregiver.
