My mother is a caregiver. I grew up watching her take care of people with all kinds of difficulties, disabilities, and age groups. I think I learned compassion and patience from this. Being a caregiver comes naturally to me. I truly enjoy it.

First and foremost, I am not a caregiver and I don't really have experience. The only experience I do have is helping my friend who has lupus and arthritis. I would shower her, dress her, feed her and help her walk when the pain was too much for her. What attracted me to want to become a caregiver is that a lot of people don't realize that elderly people are lonely and need someone to talk to or be there for them and I want to be that person. I love making them smile because it just brightens their whole day. So if you can just give me a chance, I will learn everything there is to become the best care giver there is. And I'm fast learner.

As a caregiver, my personality is funny, patient, compassion, Attentiveness, and trustworthiness. I like to have a great time with my clients and be with them mentally going through a rough time making sure their mind is in good space. I like to play physical activities like long walks, sports, or mild anaerobic exercise that my clients can perform. I believe physical activities are very crucial for overall well being and longevity. My favorite achievement was helping my clients to bend his knee with stretches exercise that I perform that took two months. His improvement was great and able to do minor tasks that he couldn't do before it was the best feeling help someone to get back to do daily task andconfidence.
